A 42 m² chalet with a 15 m² living area featuring all modern conveniences, in a quiet location; the 15 m² living area includes a fully equipped kitchen (mini-oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, TV), a bathroom, a toilet, a two-seater sofa, a master bedroom, and another bedroom of approximately 12 m². The chalet is on a fenced-in lot with a covered patio and features an outdoor grill.
Located 5 minutes from the lake with its recreational centre (pedal boats, kayaks, stand-up paddleboarding…), tennis courts, and restaurants; 15 minutes from Thiers, 40 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand, and 45 minutes from Vichy;
You’ll be close to the village’s various essential shops; among other things, you can enjoy the BOIS NOIRS sensory spa (spa, hammam, massages, etc.) facing the lake.
Numerous hiking, mountain biking, 4x4, and quad bike trails are nearby.
