EVERYTHING is close to the house yet the perfect distance from crowds and noise when you choose to have down-time with peace and quiet during your fun, but busy vacation. The backyard is just the right place to grill dinner and enjoy cocktails while enjoying your favorite music or tv shows on everybody's favorite tv entertainment system. Our house is ideal for families, couples or tennis & golf groups.

Sleeps 8. 1 king (master), 1 queen (guest), 1 full and 1 twin (kids) in bedrooms. Brand new sleeper sofa in den with upgraded queen gel mattress. All linens provided.

Dining Accommodations: Seats 8 at the dining table & 5-6 people in the kitchen nook. Outdoor table seats 6-8 with a large canopy umbrella.

Open living area leads out through French doors to the pool/patio area for outdoor entertaining and dining. Enjoy the 85" big screen TV, bar area with ice maker and mini refrigerator and a grill.

Fully equipped kitchen with a pantry.
A Keurig coffee maker that brews ground coffee or individual k-cups so don't forget to bring the coffee. There are some k-cups to get you started.
Plenty of dishes and glassware, even spill-proof kid cups.
A heavy-duty blender for your favorite frozen drink.
Olive oil, vinegar, spices and salt & pepper are in the pantry.
We include hand soap, dish soap, dish washer pods, kitchen sponges, starter trash bags, zip-lock bags and a roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper to get you started.

Laundry with full size washer & dryer. Iron and ironing board included too along with some laundry pods.

We offer password protected WiFi and enhanced Spectrum cable TV. Yes, we have the Golf channel :) There is a smart TV in the den and the kids' bunk room.

Linens will be provided or if you prefer, you may elect to bring your own. All of the mattresses are very comfy with brand-new high-quality pillows so you can sleep like a baby after a long day of beach fun! There are blankets and extra pillows. Bath towels are included. Please bring your own beach/pool towels.

You will find a hair dryer in each bathroom and clothes hangers in each closet.

Pool Access: You have your own private pool in the backyard. The pool can be heated for a minimal fee.

Beach Access: Check out the Sea Pines Beach Club for a great beach. The facility also offers restaurants, bar, live music, chair rentals, restrooms and outdoor showers. The parking can be limited during the busy summer months. Ride your bikes there or you can take the trolley to the beach club from the trolley lot.

Entrance to the house is accessed with a code keypad so you don't have to worry about and extra charge for lost keys.

Sea Pines is a wonderfully private, gated community. Sea Pines weekly vacation passes to enter the gate are $30 per week per car. You can buy the pass in the right-hand lane of the guard gate.

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 30 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival-full refund. Cancellations made 15-29 days before arrival-refund of money paid less 50%. Cancellations made 14 days or fewer prior to arrival-forfeit total amount paid.
