Fully air-conditioned, the house is on one level and all rooms open directly onto a spacious, south-west-facing tiled terrace. You’ll enjoy an exceptional panoramic view of the vineyards and the surrounding countryside, with no overlooking neighbours. The saltwater swimming pool (6.5 × 4 m), complete with a sun deck and electric roller cover, is heated to 25 °C from 15 May to 15 September.
Maison Bellair takes its name from an inscription carved into the stone dating from 1869, recalling the history of the hamlet and its privileged location on the hillsides of the Dordogne, in the heart of an unspoilt setting between Saint-Émilion and Bergerac.
A house full of character
One of the property’s highlights is its magnificent master suite, housed in the former wine cellar, featuring a four-poster bed, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. Children – and adults alike – will also enjoy the bedroom fitted with a treehouse-style bed.
