This newly remodeled (November 2022) walk-in Ozark Cottage is a nice walk to the banks of Lake Taneycomo. Enjoy golf on the scenic 18-hole championship golf course (ask about free golf) accompanied by a first class facilities walking distance from our condo. A great place to practice your short game is the Practice Putting Green, a well-manicured putting green sits next to the Pro Shop. Visit the Pro Shop, a convenient place to stock up on all your golf attire and supplies. Features clothing, shoes, golf clubs, bags, and so much more. The Clubhouse is a State-of-the-Art facility featuring men and ladies locker rooms, meeting space, Pro Shop, fitness room, wifi internet and Bar & Grill. Take a break between rounds of golf to enjoy an ice cold drink of your choice and delicious food. The grill serves a full breakfast and lunch menu. Whether you want to take a swim in Summer or Winter there is indoor and outdoor pools for you to enjoy year round. The Fitness Center is a perfect place to get your daily workout overlooking the landscaped grounds featuring modern equipment and televisions to watch. We offer some of the nicest Pickleball and Tennis courts around, come enjoy a friendly match of pickleball or tennis day or evening on our lighted courts. Dogs CONSIDERED. Do not book without discussing and without getting pre-approval for your dog. We consider small to medium low shedding adult dogs. Dogs must be completely house trained and only potty outside, are not allowed on furniture or beds, must be leashed and picked up after being outside, kenneled while you are away, not a barker or whiner while you are away and current on flea and tick treatment. There is a pet fee of $25 per night.
