Year round 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home situated on 1/3 of an acre of waterfront property on beautiful Echo Lake in Presque Isle. Home is a destination for spring and summer fun, fall foliage, hunting, fishing, 4 wheeling, snowmobiling. Wifi and Spectrum TV are included as well as parking for your trailer. Quoggy Jo Lake Road is a dead end road with only a few homes for peace and tranquility yet located only a few miles from downtown Presque Isle and across the lake from Aroostook State Park.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We do ask guests to gather any used towels in the laundry baskets provided and please leave any used beds unmade or strip beds (if you prefer) and place sheets in laundry baskets provided.
Please take trash to the receptacle in the driveway upon checkout and be certain the lid is secure to deter critters from disturbing the trash (raccoons have been known to find a way in)
Please take care of any dirty dishes and clean the grill if it is used during your stay so that it is available for the next guest to enjoy.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
$250 Fee will be charged for smoking in or on the property. Please go to street for smoking or in your own vehicle and take care of cigarette waste.
No discharging of any kind of firearms in or around the property. Violating this rule will result in immediate removal from the property.
No fireworks, no turkey cookers, outdoor cooking only allowed on grill provided.

Why they chose this property

Echo Lake overlooks Aroostook State Park directly across the lake. It is peaceful and serene in any season. There are always activities here at the home, from snowmobiling in winter, to renting Kayaks in summer, fishing in the spring when the lake is stocked, or enjoying the foliage in the fall!

What makes this property unique

Adequate parking for two snowmobile trailers. Guests have brought two trucks and trailers and access to the ITS trail system in winter months when the lake is frozen without having to trailer to the snowmobile clubhouse across the lake. This property is located on a dead end street, with only a few neighbors, it is a wonderfully private spot for any getaway.
