Studio plutôt sympa avec bonne salle de bain.Plusieurs problèmes rencontrés comme la propreté médiocre, l’absence de vmc, la hotte non fonctionnelle, la vaisselle que j’ai dû laver en partie avant utilisation et le système de chauffage bruyant. Bonne communication avec le gérant mais problématiques non résolus. Logement avec bon potentiel mais gâché par l’ensemble des problèmes.
