Idéal pour amoureux de la nature souhaitant profiter du parc de verdure. Maison située sur un beau terrain plat, arboré, ombragé à proximité immédiate de la rivière. Vous apprécierez l'eau vive et limpide de la rivière La Beaume et sa sérénité.

Lieu typique, au pied du massif du Tanargue d'où vous pourrez pratiquer randonnées, VTT et même parapente, à 4 5km des gorges de l'Ardèche, du pont d'arc et de la fameuse grotte chauvet classée au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO, à 2 km du village, vous y trouverez une épicerie, boulangerie, boucherie, un journaux, bar tabac proposant des animations les jours de marché, un restaurant, une station service communale.
