In all honestly, we were playing a lot of golf and just used the house to sleep and eat breakfast, but it was a good little spot, central to everything and easy to get in and out of.Lots of room for larger groups, hot water was very good and the amenities were suitable for what we needed.
The house was clean and had a lot of room. Location was good. The house runs a little warm in the summer but cooled down easliy at night. No street parking but enough for a few cars between parking in the driveway and in the garage. Quick communication with the property owner, very easy rental!
Amazing location, snuggled between the canyons.Great for large group. We stayed as a family and it was perfect for our teen boys- everyone had space and the basement is a fun hangout spot. Grocery stores, coffee shops, etc. are all close. Having bathrooms for everyone was also a plus. Would highly recommend
This was a perfect home away from home. Spacious rooms, games to play, a firepit and BBQ on the deck. It was clean, well maintained, and the perfect place for our girls' night away. Everything about this rental was perfect! I would highly recommend it! :)
We rented with our two daughters and their families, including 5 children. The house accommodated us perfectly, with plenty of room for the kids to play downstairs. We also liked that we were so close to the access road for Alta. It was an amazing ski trip!
Older condo in a great location with a bathroom for everyone.
I will start by saying the property management group for this rental had excellent communication and was super quick to respond to my inquiries. The positive: Having four bedrooms and bathrooms was super convenient for all of my family. It also has a very large kitchen. The negative was that the condo is older and badly needs some updates, like new carpet. But overall it was a comfortable place for me and my family to stay for my nephew's wedding.
Clean and bright. Excellently located near town and all the mountains for a terrific ski trip location. Plenty of room for all your gear. 2-car garage was a big plus to get out of the weather too. Bathrooms for each bedroom was a plus too. Property management services were excellent as well. Highly recommend it.
Location is great in between the cottonwood canyons. House has plenty of space and is very comfortable. Garage is great when it snows. Leave early when going to Snowbird and Alta on weekends when it snows . . . Traffic builds early so plan ahead. Weekdays are easy. Kind of hard to find any problems when you get 2 plus feet of snow during your 4 days of skiing snowbird and Alta.
The location was perfect for skiing either Alta or Brighton. It was short drive to the canyon roads. The house is as advertised. Our van fit into the garage on an angle. The master bedroom was a little bright at night from the outdoor lights in the neighborhood. There was some noise from neighbors at 0700 as they packed their cars for sking. The place was a little dated, but was comfortable and a good value for the money.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness
This house has great potential, but sadly, it was filthy. The cleaners didn’t check the porch and bbq area. There were dirty dishes and old food still on the grill and table. It is understandable that sometimes things get missed, but there was hair in all of the tubs and on the bathroom floors. There was also an old coconut drink on one of the night stands. However, the worst was that we brought a crawling infant with us. She had been on the road all day and needed to crawl when we got there. Within 30 minutes her knees and the top of her feet were black with grime. Gross! I do appreciate that the hosts were quick to respond to our concerns and returned our cleaning fee. I hope that they remedy the cleanliness issues, so that this house becomes a nice place to stay. It has great potential.
This townhouse is large and clean. It is an easy drive to the 215 highway which is an easy jog to I-15. We got all of the Salt Lake experience but we were able to stay in this nice, quiet home tucked up next to the mountains. I would love to return for a winter ski vacation!
The house was good! I would suggest that mattresses have gel toppers for added comfort. Pretty hard on the hips! Maybe wash clothes and Kleenex as well. Overall a nice house to stay at!
Great property. Really nice to have a private full bathroom with each bedroom and 2 king size beds. Found everything we needed in the kitchen. Grocery store just down the street. Fun playing pool and air hockey. Easy access to highway.
The property was extremely spacious and had all the amenities needed for a great stay. We loved that almost all the bedrooms came with a full bathroom. The ski bus stop is conveniently located a short walk to the main street, so a car is not necessary to get to the slopes.
This property's proximity to skiing at Alta was important to us. The parking at the property though is strictly limited to the garage and the driveway with no "on street" parking allowed. We chose this house because it has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and some family gathering space. The kitchen was well equipped for family meal preparation though more lidded pots are needed. ( only one small one there) . House overall was adequate but felt "tired" .The blankets and bedspreads are old, the carpet need in living room needed to be cleaned, the carpet in bedrooms was wrinkled. The kitchen formica and sink are original or very old. The section of the laundry room where the radiant heating system is located was very dirty. We had a plumbing issue which the caretaker responded to promptly but 2 service calls were necessary to fix the problem. The staff was helpful but the owner needs to make a substantial investment in this property for it to earn my 5 star rating.
