Charmante Maison Avec Terrasses et Jardin

Enjoy comfort and calm in this charming, fully equipped and air-conditioned house. 2 large terraces with summer kitchen and plancha, enclosed garden, garden furniture, easy and free parking on the street, close to shops, tram stop 200 m away (historic centre of Avignon 6 minutes by tram). Ideal for families. 2 comfortable bedrooms each with its own private bathroom. Many facilities: TV (Netflix), wifi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, extractor, filter coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, food processor...
The house is 100% electrically powered, hence the absence of a carbon monoxide detector, which is totally useless. But there are smoke detectors.
Towels and bed linen are available in the apartment.
A courtesy tray awaits you!
You will be greeted by our neighbour who will explain how the house works and can be reached in case of any problem.
