We invite you to let yourself be won over by the Gascon art of living and to cross the door of the Gîte les Graverots, located on the banks of the Adour River, which offers superb panoramas and a multitude of activities! Canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, walks to do just a stone's throw from the city center of Aire sur Adour. Come and stay with your tribe or friends in our gîte in town. The plus: the outdoor space which is composed of a private terrace and a beautiful courtyard which opens onto the Adour and which await you for walks, a picnic or fishing! In the heart of Aire Sur Adour, all shops and services are accessible in a few minutes. This town house with lots of character, is nestled on the banks of the Adour and is arranged on the ground floor and first floor, It offers you a spacious living room, with Adour stone walls, equipped with a television - Kitchen equipped with microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, combined fridge-freezer section., 4 gas burners and a bay window opening onto a terrace - 4 bedrooms including 1 on the ground floor and 3 upstairs (3 double beds and 2 single beds), - 2 shower rooms, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets including 1 independent. - A wifi connection is available. - You will benefit from a private fenced courtyard and terrace, garden furniture and barbecue available. For your comfort, sheets included as well as household linen provided. Bathroom linen and cleaning package with supplement. Heating package in addition in season. Baby bed and high chair on request. Très bel accueil par les propriétaires Gîte joliment décoré et bien équipé. Emplacement idéal proche du centre ville d'Aire sur Adour et cependant très calme. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir
