About this property

Beautiful villa with pool 10 minutes walk from the beach for 6 people!

House in L’Escala with private pool for 6 people.

It is on the ground floor +- 80 m2, located between Riells and Riells de Dalt, more or less 800 m from the beach and shops.

Wifi included in the price.

Inside:

– Living room and dining room

– Kitchen room

– 3 double rooms

– 1 shower room + toilet

– 1 toilet

Outside:

– Fenced garden

– Covered and uncovered terrace with barbecue

– Private pool of 4 m x 9 m
Pool closed in April and May, to open it and use it extra €100/week

– 1 parking space

Rental price according to season and for the maximum number of people accepted.

50% will be paid when booking the accommodation and 50% will be paid a maximum of one month before the stay.

Payments will be made by card online.

Pets: NO

The deposit: 300 €, will be given upon receipt of the keys to the house. (credit card)

Cleaning on the day of departure is not included in the rental price, it is optional: 90 €. (cash)

Possibility to rent sheets and towels.

The price includes water, electricity and gas services.

Erholung pur

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer Sackgasse unweit des Strandes und des Zentrums. Es war alles wie in der Objektbeschreibung. Leider hat das ein oder andere Türschloss nicht immer ganz so funktioniert, genauso wie der Rolladen an der Terrassentür, der Geschirrspüler war gänzlich ohne Funktion. Alles in allem gab es Kleinigkeiten, dafür hat der Pool und die Lage des Hauses unsere Erwartung übertroffen!
