My husband and I were in the area for the weekend for a wedding. It's a cozy, clean, quiet and comfortable little apartment. The host was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
The location was very accessible to the venue we visited (Pine Knob). Everything was homey & comfortable. Since our home is in the woods of the Upper Peninsula, the location was somewhat noisy for us, due it being located on a very busy road. I mention this only because it is billed as "Quiet."
Clean and convenient. This property is close to the gas station, grocery store, M 15 and I 75. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was perfect whether you’re going to a concert at Pine Knob music theater or visiting family and friends locally which we were. We loved it here and would stay again.
This place was absolutely wonderful! Very clean and well maintained. Also nicely furnished and decorated. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place for a few days or a longer stay. The location for me was perfect.

Thank you so much. I am glad you enjoyed your stay. Keep us in mind if you come back to Michigan.
Was in the area for a wedding. The place was only 20 minutes away. Great place! Well furnished, beds were comfortable. Close to dining and grocery. Checkin process was seemless. Would definitely stay here again!
This little gem is tucked near the quiet country town of Ortonville. Our host presented a clean, well-appointed unit that was decorated for the holidays during our stay. The entry was super easy and our host was very accessible. We stayed a week during the holidays and it felt like home away from home.
The property was everything it was stated to be. Next time we are in town to visit our friends, we will consider this place again! Thanks for a wonderful three night stay.
Its was clean and we loved the decor. My daughters were amazed at the sword fish. It had everything laid out and easy to find. All the amenities we could need in the kitchen. Incusong coffee qnd hot coca laid out for easy use.
Once we found it (a bit challenging, but seeing the Google photo helped), everything was clean, with excellent beds, and the kitchen was well-outfitted for our long weekend. A plus was to have a washer and dryer. My only suggestion is to save the sofa bed for younger kids.
The interior of this apartment is very nice and clean. Well decorated. Welcoming.
A little hard to find with busy road - hard to slow down and look. Maybe a picture of the no wake signs in the sign in process? I am a little picky about pillows - there were lots of them, but none that were "firm"/"fluffy".
All in all, great place.

Sorry you had difficulty finding it. I did send you a picture of the no wake signs that mark the driveway on August 6th, and gave you directions on finding it. You responded so I assumed there wouldn’t be an issue.
Really enjoyed our stay! Very well stocked and comfortable. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and the location was perfect for feeling like we were “out in the country” but close to all the fun things to doin the surrounding area!
Here are a few FYI’s for future renters. None of them are deal breakers at all but they could help prepare if planning a stay:
The AC is a window unit (not central air) and kept the main living space very cool but in order to keep the bedrooms cool the doors need to be left open and the provided box fans and ceiling fans on high. Secondly, the property is directly on M-15 which is a 55mph stretch. We did not find road noise to be an issue with AC and fans going but it might be helpful to know there is no “outside sitting space” or sidewalk if you enjoy a walk in the evening. However, downtown Ortonville (3 minute drive) has some lovely pickleball courts and a cute “old school” playground for the kids and sidewalks throughout so we did venture there a few times. The water is well water. If you aren’t familiar with this area of Michigan, this is normal and expected. It does have a slight smell to it at first but after a day you get used to it and won’t even notice it!
Such a gem of a place! We will be back!
