The cozy holiday home with a quiet location in the middle of the country is located 1.5 km from Dishoek beach, on the outskirts of Koudekerke. Koudekerke is a village located 5 km from Vlissingen and 5 km from Middelburg. The bike path to the beach begins 100 meters from the apartment. From this starting point you can also go hiking.
The house is cozy and clean and has a sunny terrace. The house consists of a living room with kitchen, loft with bedroom and a bathroom downstairs with shower, toilet, washing machine and base cabinet with two sinks. The bedroom has two Auping beds. The beds are made on arrival. In the kitchen you have an induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, combi microwave, kettle, Senseo coffee machine and toaster.
There is a parking space for a car next to the holiday house.

Mooi en knus huisje

De locatie, het huisje en de verhuurders was allemaal heel fijn. Het huisje is zeer compleet ingericht en de bedden zijn super. Daarnaast ook een mooie en grote tuin!

Romantisches Cottage in Top Lage

Dieses kleine Ferienhaus bietet alles was den Urlaub angenehm und erholsam macht. Es ist sauber komfortabel und geräumig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer gemütlich und die Betten bequem. Vom Wohnraum aus hat man einen schönen Blick in die Natur. Das Haus liegt ruhig und ist ein schöner Ort der Erholung. Gleichzeitig sind alle Ziele wie Strand, benachbarte Orte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind freundlich, hilfsbereit, immer ansprechbar aber nicht aufdringlich. Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit bei Ihnen.

Eine schöne Auszeit in der Nähe der Nordsee

Das kleine Häuschen nicht weit vom Meer entfernt ist sehr gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Irene und Eric sind sehr liebenswürdige und nette Gastgeber, war alles super. Die absolute Ruhe ist sehr wohltuend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich, sauber und hat eine sehr ruhige Lage, die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es war alles einschließlich Geschirrspülmittel, Geschirrtücher, Spültücher, Tee, Kaffee und eine große Auswahl an Gewürzen vorhanden. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung etwas abgewohnt, Aussttattung teilweise schon älter (z.B. abgestoßene Ecken am Geschirr, nicht zusammen passendes Geschirr und Gläser, älteres Sofa).Ungewohnt war, dass Bettwäsche vorhanden war, aber keine Handtücher.Die Treppe zum Schlafzimmer ist sehr eng, sie Stufen sehr schmal, sicherlich eine Herausforderung für ältere oder wenig sportliche Menschen.

Wirklich tolles Feriencottage

Meine Frau und ich waren über Sylvester in Koudekerke und hatten wirklich eine wunderschöne Zeit. Von der Begrüßung der lieben Gastgeber über die Ausstattung bis hin zur Lage war alles perfekt. Hoffentlich können wir irgendwann noch einmal zurück kommen. Danke!!!

Wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhäuschen mit allem was man braucht

Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage in dem schön ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung ist toll mit allem was man braucht, wenn man gerne kocht und das Haus ist einfach nur gemütlich und mit Liebe eingerichtet.

Cottage mit parkähnlichem Garten

Wir waren Ende Oktober hier. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter, aber selbst bei Regenwetter hätten Wir uns in diesem Wunderschönen Haus extra wohlgefühlt. Das Häuschen ist geschmackvoll eingerihtet und hat alles was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht: Küche, Kaffeemaschine (Pads), einen superblick auf einen riesigen Garten, fast Park. Das Haus ist super sauber. Die Gastgeber wohnen nebenan in einem Haus. Superfreundlich aber nicht aufdringlich. DSie sprechen auch Englisch und Deutsch. Zum Strand sind es 2 km, die man über Fuss/Radwege zurücklegt duch eine schöne Landschft mit Feldern und Natur. En Ort mit Supermarkt, Fahrradverleih und Cafe ist ca 1 km entfernt. Dishoek ist das nächstgelegene Dorf. In Zouteland ist etws mehr los. Und es gibt einige schöne Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung, wie zB das Hafenstädtchen Veere. Wir haben das 100% genossen und werden wieder kommen.

Holiday in Koudekerke

14 Tage in vollen Zügen genossen, sehr nette Gastgeber und mit vielen wertvollen Ausflugtipps. Schönes Cottage mit riesigen Garten, um abends bei einem Gläschen Wein den Tag ausklingen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Kommen gerne wieder, weil noch nicht alles erkundet wurde.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus

Der Empfang von Irene und Eric war sehr nett, sogar mit einen Strauß Rosen. Von unseren täglichen Radtouren, die vor der Tür beginnen konnten, kehrten wir gerne in das gemütliche, saubere Häuschen zurück. Hier kann man auf jeden Fall zur Ruhe kommen. Wir haben uns gut erholt.

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage, wunderbar helles Haus

Ruhiger Aufenthalt, sehr nette kommunikativer Vermieter. Leider war der heißeste jemals gemessene Sommer 😋 ziemlich nass und kalt ( was der Empfehlung keinen Abbruch tut. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier richtig.
