Location, location, location - this 1st floor studio is smack dab in the middle of what New Hampshire and the resort have to offer. Each season brings unique offerings along with year around popular favorites: Skiing, Mountain hikes, Cog Railway, Saco River tubing, Storyland, golf, and all the resort amenities and activities. Easily accessible to all Mount Washington Valley attractions.

Renovated studio sleeps 4 guests comfortably with a new queen murphy bed and a new American Leather queen sofa. Also included a full size kitchen, gas fireplace, wash/dryer, WI-FI, cable, and patio. Guests have full access to all resort activities and amenities.

The outdoor pool area is located right across from our building. The resort offers an indoor pool/hot tub, outdoor hot tub, sauna, fitness center, game room, tennis courts, playgrounds, Saco river beach, and Matty B's mountainside restaurant and bar. Multiple outdoor propane grills are available along the property on a first come, first served basis. Community fire pit surrounded with Adirondack chairs. All amenities are a very short walk away.

Attitash Mountain Ski Resort is a short walk away using the underground tunnel which leads you right to the lift. Off season the ski resort offers scenic lift rides, and mountain biking trails.

Locally there are a variety of hiking trails, x-country ski trails and snowmobile trails. Fun for the whole family!

Great place and great attentive host. Stayed here for 3 days of skiing with family. Studio with two queens and love seat but perfect home base for spendi g days on the mountai. Clean well kept and with everything needed. Best of all pool and hot tubs for the kids and walking to the lift in morning.

Very clean place right in the center of all actives that are easily accessible by a short drive. Loved the studio feel and the Murphy bed that pulled out to comfortably sleep my wife and I.

Great stay at Attitash Mt. Accommodations good, outside building needs work but VRBO great, kitchen well equipped, beds fairly comfortable, amenities at resort great, unfortunately alpine slide and chair lift closed for summer due to renovations. Close to North Conway and outlets. Overall great stay

* Outdated property even though listing shows renovation. * No cohesion to room decor/furniture.* Game Room ceiling was very low, more for children than adults.* Enjoyed walk-in shower and heat lamp. Plenty of hot water.* Never told at chk-in that outside hot tub was not available* No recognition of 40th wedding anniversary, the reason we were in VRBO rental, even though owner was aware. (Owner did not try to make connections with us.)* Air conditioner worked well; outdoor temp was 86, 92.* No info on places of interest to consider in general area.

Best Condo There!

Myself, my husband and my two children 10years old have been staying in these studio condos for the past 4 years. We love everything about Attitash. But Cindy’s condo was by far the best.it was spotless, it was fully equipped, the Queen coach and Murphy bed were comfortable. Her style is great☺️ New AC unit. Gas fireplace. Having a washer & dryer on-site was amazing! Nice door in building 8. Our kids rode bike and we could see them. Almost directly across from the pool. First floor with patio (table and 2 chairs). We will be back!

Another great stay at Attitash Village. Studio is perfect for two adults who love to ski or just enjoy the outdoors during the winter months (snowshoeing or ice skating). The studio is fully equipped for cooking in - breakfast, lunch, or dinner and certainly close to Mattie B's or a quick ride to White Mountain Cider Co. for those who wish to eat out. Love first floor accommodations, no lugging your stuff upstairs. Plenty of storage and closet space. Murphy bed is comfortable. Plenty of blankets and towels. Large walk-in shower. Always enjoy our stay at Attitash.

Really nice.

Was under the impression this was a condo, but it was part of resort making the check in process a little annoying but it was a fantastic place. The facility was beautiful. Its far enough touched back, and away from everything. I had a great stay. The communication with the owner was great. It should not be booked if you ha e more then two people. I would recommend and go again.
