Brand new 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bathroom condo (ground floor) just a stone- throw away from the amazing Eagle Beach. Soak up the sun, feet in sand let your face be caressed by the nice Aruba breeze and also get ready to be blown away by the most sensational sunset!

Conveniently located; 5 minutes walking to Superfood and 3 minutes walking to Eagle Beach!
This beautiful condo is fully air-conditioned, has 2 bedrooms with each their own bathroom, own TV and closet space.
The living room area features a sofa and seating area, a flat-screen Smart TV, a well-fitted kitchen. A full-size fridge, microwave, stove-top and toaster are also featured, pots and pans, silverware and dishes as well as a coffee machine.
This condo complex has a nice pool, BBQ area right next to the large gazebo with tables and chairs. A laundry area , spa and restaurant are on site and Arena Condo is very close to well renowned restaurants and located right across the street from the Superfood supermarket!

The proximity to Eagle beach is fantastic; an easy and enjoyable walk right down the street. The Eagle Beach has a number of palapas and many trees for shade. Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a cooler and beach towels are also provided for your use at the beach.

Great Vacation Experience

First vacation since Covid and it couldn't have been more perfect. Short walk to gorgeous beaches, short drive to world class restaurants. The condo could have used a few more kitchen supplies but otherwise was perfect! Thanks

Clean and convenient

Condo was clean quiet and very conveniently located. We walked to and from Superfoods and Eagle beach easily. Pool and hot tub area was nice to unwind in the evenings. TV’s in every room was nice to. WiFi worked well. The parking was a little rough to get to since there is constructions area to drive through n the back. But, this will improve once neighboring property is complete. We got coffe and breakfast at the adjoining Dutch cheese shop a couple mornings and it was great. Loved our stay.!

Awesome experience

The property is perfectly located tucked away a grocery store, restaurants, casino, and beautiful beaches only a short walk away. Great pool, also the property was quiet and very well maintained. Our unit was very well appointed, cookware, beach chairs/towels and very comfortable. Check in was simple and all set up when we arrived. It was seamless, easy, and very comfortable. Small cheese shop/deli next door, also very cool eBike/bike rental next door. We took advantage of both. This was our 3rd trip to the island and the next time we visit, we will definitely be staying at Arena condos.
