Nice 3 bedroom on the bay side of Ocean City. One bed room with bunk beds for the kids so 6 can fit easily. Kitchen was perfect, so bring your supplies. Quiet area about 500 feet away from a boat launch so if you have a kayak, jet ski, etc… it is perfectly located. It is about an 8 minute walk to the beach with a lifeguard. Boardwalk and downtown are about a 12 minute drive.

Property was average at best. Owner was absolutely miserable to deal with. Her husband was ok to deal with, but I don't think he shared any of our conversation. If you're looking for a deceptive and dishonest owner in an over-promised, underdelivered dump, then this is your place!

We take tremendous pride in providing a clean, comfortable, well-maintained vacation home and in making our guests feel welcome. Unfortunately, the circumstances surrounding this particular reservation were not consistent with a typical guest stay. During the stay, we became aware of a gathering involving approximately 15–20 individuals, along with smoking, marijuana use, and alcohol consumption including under age. This activity was not permitted under the house rules and resulted in a disturbance to neighbors. Following the stay, we identified damage to the property that required repair and attention before the home could be prepared for future guests, resulting in a disruption to our booking calendar. We understand that guests may have different opinions about a vacation rental, and we are always open to constructive feedback when appropriate. However, we do not agree with the characterization of our home as “over-promised” or “underdelivered.” We work hard to maintain our property and provide a positive experience for responsible guests. The majority of our guests respect the home, neighbors, and house rules, and we appreciate that. We believe future guests benefit from having full context when reading reviews.

Great Place and Location

My group enjoyed staying here. The place was clean and accurately fit the description and pictures from the listing. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood that is good location. I would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Short Beach Stay

The property was convenient to everything and the owner provided detailed instructions for check-in and check-out. The girls enjoyed the dock nearby watching the horseshoe crabs. I would stay at this property again.

The cottage was exactly what we were looking for - quiet and comfortable. Close to the beach on the north side and a short 15 minute drive to the boardwalk. Wish linen and towels were included, other than that truly enjoyed our stay.

the street was really quiet and tranquil it's right next to the bay and the kids loved walking out to the dock. the screen porch was very relaxing, the lock on the screen door needs to be fixed. short walk to the beach very close to shopping, Acme Food Store, dining, and other attractions

The house is in a neighborhood called “Little Salisbury” it is located about 2 blocks off the coastal highway and beach access. making this a very quiet neighborhood and great for families with small children. In the suburbs of Little Salisbury
