We're looking forward to hosting you in 2026 - so many fun events happening in L.A. in the coming year!
Our historic bungalow community just turned 101 years old and we are still going strong.
What you should know:
#1 - this is a SMALL, vintage, 1924 bungalow.
Our one bedroom has a queen bed that sleeps two. The other beds are foldout chairs and a foldout couch. There is also a queen-sized blow up bed.
The space is perfect for two people, super cozy for four. If you're a family with more than 4 people, please message us because we may be able to accommodate you.
We have a full kitchen with a washer & dryer out back.
#2 - parking is street parking. Best way to get around is Uber/Lyft or walking. If you do have a vehicle, you can park on the street, it's a pretty safe neighborhood. Just be sure to read ALL the posted parking signs.
We have visitor parking passes available for a small fee. Please let us know if you want to use a pass during your stay. It's still street parking, but it's for the spaces in our block and you can park all night. Please STILL read all parking signs, as sometimes construction or local events can impact parking in our neighborhood.
#3 - this is a FANTASTIC location. You can walk (or take a short Uber ride) to: The Hollywood Walk of Fame The Palladium Amoeba Records Ovation Hollywood (formerly the Hollywood & Highland Mall) Hollywood Forever Cemetery The Egyptian Theater Grauman’s Chinese Theater L.A. The location was great and very quiet. Communication was great for checking in. I was even offered the opportunity to check in early since it was cleaned and ready. I'd definitely stay there again.
Cute little property, that is close to everything you need. The property owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. She also very sweetly left out some snacks for my kids before we arrived. My family & I would stay here again. Thanks Mary for hosting us!

Thanks for choosing us, Melissa! We would love to have you back.
This was an excellent stay atthe Hollywood Historic Bungalow! Mary was an excellent hostess, communicating with me almost immediately. She left 2 nice notes for us in the house. It was very clean and in order. Big enough place for a couple of people.

Thank you so much for your kind words. All the best to you and your family!
Such a cute, comfortable little home. Bigger than I thought it looked in the pictures. The host thought of everything we would need. Great for us, our teens and our pup. And no hidden fees! One morning we even walked down to the Hollywood walk of fame. So close, and just such a nice neighborhood. We'll definitely be back!
Loved our stay. The bungalow was ideally located for activities on Hollywood Boulevard, was within walking distance of cafes for the morning, and with easy parking a great hub for activities all over the area.
This property was just what we needed. Easy walking distance to all things Hollywood. Comfortable. Quiet. The outside areas were very quiet and felt very safe. The gardens and butterfly bushes in the common areas were very pretty and gave this area a much more secluded vibe than you'd expect for being so close to a main throughfare. As mentioned in the listing, parking is street parking and can be a little scarce, so I moved my car as little as possible. Would definitely stay here again!
Mary was so helpful and it was easy to get into the bungalow. All amentities that I needed was all set for me.I loved the outdoor space in the back to enjoy the sunshine. All appliances worked well. Location was in the center of everything. I used buses, metro and then had a car so no matter how you get around, its easy from this location.
The host was delightful! She reached out with all the pertinent information before we arrived and continued to stay accessible throughout the weekend. The bungalow was just as described..very cute, very comfortable, very convenient, and surprisingly very quiet.
The bungalow property is in such an amazing spot and well kept. It is a lovely neighborhood and communication with the owner was perfect. I would definitely book this again.
What a perfect little place to enjoy Hollywood! Great location for access to studios, Hollywood Bowl, Sunset Blvd. Top value for your rental dollar. This goes to #1 on my top 5 rentals when I stay in Los Angeles!
A historic and comfortable home with everything we needed for our stay in Hollywood. Check in instructions were clear and we enjoyed that we could walk to many locations in Hollywood. Thanks Mary!

Safe travels,

The host left us a bag of welcome goodies which was very much appreciated. We were also able to arrive early after a long flight. This gorgeous eclectic property was great for its location. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone.
As the description points out, overnight parking takes a little planning, but it all works out. The bungalow was just as promised. Clean and nicely appointed (I loved that it had a "junk drawer" just like home). Many venues were an easy walk. Hope we can stay there again.
Lovely place to stay. The bungalow was a charming and quaint. The house had everything that we needed. The location was great. We walked to the walk of fame and to paramount studios. It is a short drive from Universal. Found lots of good places to eat nearby. Communication was clear from the host. We had no issues checking in or finding it.
This was a great location - walking distance to the Pantages Theater, Musso and Franks (!) Trader Joe's, 15 minutes to Universal City - 10 minutes to the heart of West Hollywood as well as Runyon Canyon! Loved the convenience and my work life did not suffer thanks to the STRONG internet!
This home was absolutely perfect for our stay in LA. We came in for a wedding and had 4 kids with us (12, 9, 2, and 2 months), and I can't express enough how much we appreciated having such a cute, peaceful home base during our stay. The neighbors were so very kind, the community itself peaceful and relaxing, and the home lovely and full of everything we needed.
We'll be visiting LA more in the future and hope this home will stay available for our visits!
You will not regret choosing this bungalow for your stay ❤️
