THIS LISTING IS FOR THE SEAGLASS STUDIO VILLA #4 ONLY.

Great for couples, small or large families, or big groups! Just two blocks off the famous "Ave", walk to the beach and everything! Lux furnishings, saltwater pool, outdoor dining area and grilling station.

Nice, clean studio. Steps to shared pool. Best for short stays. Minimal closet space and indoor seating. Excellent location with easy walk to "The Ave".(6-7 minutes). 18-20 minute walk to beach or take "Freebee". Lori was quick to respond to questions and brought clothes iron that was missing.

Great location to stay. So close to beach and Atlantic and in the other direction, the Federal Hwy has everything you may need. Lori was great to deal with and the property was quaint and clean. The pool at the property was so quiet and enjoyable. Would stay again!

The property was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed (just as advertised). The property manager was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Location was great, close enough to walk to everything, but just far away from the noise and commotion of Atlantic Ave that it seemed quiet and private. Loved the pool area, and the other guests were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location, clean and very responsive host.

Our daughter and her family stayed in the studio unit while we were in a one bedroom unit. The proximity to each other was perfect for a family visit. We found the property to be clean, and could not have asked for a better location and the host Lori was very responsive to our needs while. We are staying here for a month, and are seriously considering coming back next year.

Wish we could have stayed longer

We visited for one night on our way from Key West. The location of the property was in the heart of town. I wish we could have enjoyed the pool, the grounds and room were beautiful. Lorie the manager was a joy to deal with, she responded to me immediately and answered all my questions. We will be staying longer next visit. Thank you.

Much smaller than expected. A/C frozen by bed with no air in bathroom. Furniture very uncomfortable.

Would not consider staying here again. Not a good value for a one night stay. Deceiving photos.

I am sorry that you were not comfortable staying . The AC in the viila was and is operated by a remote control that you had control over. Since the villa is a Studio there is no reason for AC in the bathroom. The pictures are not deceiving as a Studio villa. We did have 1 bedroom villas available for your dates that may have accommodated you better for your nightly stay.

Great for one person!

Good for a small person as the furniture was very small and uncomfortable. The setup of the room, the placement of the television and the air conditioner did not flow if you wanted to spend any time inside. We left 2 days early relinquishing two days pay.

I work in the health department, my life at work is stressful and I have a big family. So I decided I was still going to keep working over the week being in this place but get a break from everyone at home. Downtown Launch

While it is difficult to find initially, once you get into this quant and quiet little bungalow, the calming of the sea air and sunshine begin to wear away travel weariness. A great private-ish pool is onsite, shared with the other three mini apartments onsite. It feels nice after a day of work or play and is very well-lit for nighttime swimming. Parking is fantastic; you can load and unload your car or SUV right by the rear entrance to your suite, but it can be tight with the neighbor's car parked right behind your space. Cars would have an easier time than full-sized SUVs. I am terrified of spiders, and Florida is notorious for banana spiders. Still, I didn't see any giant spiders or other insects, and the suites were completely free of bugs (which I am very thankful for). With this location, you are only a short walk to the many downtown bars and restaurants and very near to the Marina. And the public beach is only about a 25-minute drive from this location. This will be my destination for future travels to the Delray, Miami, and Boca visits.

AMAZING!

We just moved and were back visiting for thanksgiving. Clean, just what we needed and super close to the ave! About two blocks away maybe and in a safe area. Easy walking to everything. We loved having a pool right outside. The only thing that may bother some travelers is the TV is facing the sitting area not the bed. So if you watch TV to fall asleep that may not work. We use our iPads so it did not phase us. Just plan in advance; this place is worth the stay! We will definitely be returning!

PERFECT!

Me and my husband came to Delray Beach for a wedding so we were only here for 2 nights and we cannot wait to come back for our own vacation!! We will 100% rent here again! It was seriously the perfect little bungalow in the best location.
