Leave your car at home and stay at my comfortable two story town-home just two blocks off Atlantic Avenue and under a mile to beautiful Delray Beach. Walk to top restaurants, nightlife destinations, and boutique shops as well as the grocery and drug stores.

You will find everything you need for an amazing and relaxing vacation in my private remodeled end unit oasis. My home features a clean contemporary design accented by colorful carefully curated art. Every room has a window bringing the outside in with lots of natural light. Relax your day away in the private fenced in dog-friendly backyard, swinging on the hammock hung under the palm trees or reading on the bench.

Enjoy your coffee or cocktail sitting under the shade of the umbrella or grill up a feast on the deck just beyond the oversized sliding glass doors. Take some time to journal, draw, or do some crafts on the work table in the office area overlooking the garden. At night curl up to a good movie on the couch and lounge chair in the spacious living room.

The king size Tempur-Pedic mattress and all white linens in the master bedroom will have you cozy and cuddled in bed. Take some time to look out the large window at the soothing sway of the treetops while listening to classic vinyl records in this fun Boho chic room. Step out onto the private balcony with a comfortable daybed for reading in the morning and tanning in the afternoon.

The guest bedroom features a comfy queen bed and a playful design with bright contemporary art and an 80s throwback boombox accompanied by my personal cassette collection. If you have an extra guest there is a queen sized air mattress downstairs and plenty of linens including extra sets of bedding and clean towels. The newly renovated bathroom is bright and airy with a large shower and functional design.

While most come to Delray Beach to enjoy the amazing dining options, our kitchen has all you need to prep, cook, bake and make coffee; plus dinnerware for six people. Cleaning up is easy with a brand new dishwasher and all the products you will need stored under the sink. The town-home is also equipped with a full size clothing washer and dryer for maximum convenience. There is parking for one vehicle out front but free street parking is available throughout the neighborhood.

Delray Beach

We had another fantastic stay at Travis' in Delray Beach. The house is stocked and very clean. There are plenty of linens and the washer and dryer comes in so handy especially for extended stays. The yard is relaxing and has a grill and seating along with a hammock. The location can't be beat. We walk to the beach and to the many restaurants, coffee shops and bars in the neighborhood. Can't wait for 2026! Thanks Travis!

Fantastic property and location!

This place is absolutely fantastic. Well equipped kitchen, super clean, great backyard area, easy check in, and so close to downtown Delray. Would most definitely stay again when we're in the area. With how bare bones some short term rentals can be these days, this was a very refreshing experience, and felt like a true home to us for a few days.

Very Responsive Host

We had excellent communication with the host who accommodated special requests and made sure we were as comfortable as possible. Excellent location in safe area with easy access to good walks (Palm Trail), the beach, and downtown. Kitchen equipment/tools were new and in good order. We were able to prep meals and cook a few times with ease.

Another wonderful stay!

We have stayed at this property several times. As always, we checked in easily, having been contacted by the owner re check in details the day prior to our arrival. The property was exceptionally neat, clean and comfortable. Location is A-plus - a quick 5 minute walk to the center of Atlantic Avenue. We noticed and appreciated several improvements since last year (new hammock!). Thank you for another great stay.

The property is in an ideal location, in the middle of everything but in a quiet street. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. I specially appreciated the Nexpresso machine. The bedrooms were comfortable and the linens good quality. The rooms look and feel better than in the pictures. Thank you Travis. We would love to come back.

Wowza!!

We snuck off for a couple days of Florida staycation and could not have picked a better place to stay! Very well appointed unit. Small details were all thought through which made it all very convenient. The house is really cute with fun artwork and the little backyard has just got enough room to relax. Amazing location! Quick two block walk to Atlantic Avenue. If you pass Anthony’s pizza on the way be sure to stop for their wings - the best we’ve ever had! Had to go back for seconds lol

Townhouse downtown Delray

Location was ideal- 1 block from Intracoastal, 2 blocks from Atlantic Ave. with PARKING. Cute townhouse with a beautiful tropical yard that both my dog and I enjoyed. Travis, the host, was available and helpful. This is the best vacation rental I have ever had!

Another great stay!

We returned to this property for the second straight year. Upon arrival, the unit was impeccably clean, neat and welcoming. We noticed a few improvements and new kitchen items vs last year (thank you!). The location couldn’t be more perfect - 5 min walk to downtown Delray offers super easy access to shops, beach and restaurants. Highly recommend this property. Perfect location

This property location was ideal. It was a quiet neighborhood, but Atlantic Avenue, Delray Beach and Pineapple Grove neighborhood are within walking distance. The townhouse offered everything my husband and I needed and had a well stocked kitchen for the nights we decided to eat in. Travis was easy to work with and very responsive.

We enjoyed staying at this property. It is a bright home with the living area looking onto a lovely backyard. Most importantly the location is fantastic, just a short walk to Atlantic Avenue where all the action is. Our kids were just a 5 minute drive away with whom we spent all our time. Winter Getaway

The location was perfect , short walk to downtown ! No car needed . spacious 3 bedroom with a great rear yard with a BBQ , hammock , benches & more. Large smart TV with a Roku @ free Hulu Live TV . Travis was very responsive , and We highly recommend this perfect location to down town Delray.

Perfect month in Delray

What a perfect home for our month-long stay in Delray Beach. The property was exactly as advertised and was everything we needed it to be for two adults and two dogs. The location can't be beat. Only a minute walk to the intracoastal and a short drive downtown...very short! We were able to explore downtown at our own pace since we were so closeby. Travis was very helpful with any questions and we appreciated his attention to detail (we even ordered the same room fan so it was waiting for us back home ;-)).

Delray Beach House

We had another great time at Travis’ house in Delray. His place is comfortable and clean. It’s close to everything in Delray. We love to walk and you can go anywhere around the neighborhood on foot and by bike. Travis provides plenty of linens and supplies. He is always responsive to calls and texts. Stylish, charming and walkable

Everything we could have hoped for with an extended getaway. Our host was available to answer questions with regard to checkin or other things that came up. The unit was clean and stylish. The neighborhood is established and very nice, but in process of being polished. The backyard provided some nice outdoor living options. But most importantly, the location is walkable to Atlantic Ave and everything downtown Delray has to offer; the beach, restaurants, galleries and the farmers market. Would definitely rebook, if the host would have us back.

Great location, super clean, excellent communication with host

I stayed here alone for 2 weeks to get a feel for Delray and to decide if I should move here. The house is in a wonderful location so I didn't rent a car. I walked, and occasionally ubered, and took the train to FLL twice to visit my family. The house is well equipped, great kitchen, comfortable rooms, plenty of linens, and Travis is a responsive host. I was sorry to leave and wished I could have stayed longer. A few things to point out..... there is no longer a music library and turntable. I didn't ask about it but I assume it may have broken. There are also no beach chairs or bicycles, which I thought were provided. There was one camping chair. One other thing: there is construction going on directly next store. They start shouting to each other before 8, and then the work begins at 8 am. It is noisy, so the backyard is not a quiet place to sit during the week. Weekends are nice and quiet and they stop working fairly early. I loved this house, I would go back in a heartbeat, and I hated to even mention this because Travis was amazing in every way, but I think it is important, especially the construction. On a positive note, I think they stop the construction for the season on Nov. 1.
