Excellent property on the beach.

Loved our stay here on Malibu Road. We always choose Malibu Road for our stays as it is in close proximity to Pepperdine and Country Mart area. Very clean property on the beach. Super easy checkin process and great communication from property manager. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Great Time In Malibu

Can’t get a better location than this house! Private location right on the beach. Kids had a great time playing in the ocean while mom and dad relaxed in the loungers. There’s a Ralph’s grocery store 2 miles away so you can cook at home versus having to eat out. Check in and check out was super easy. Very good communication with property management. Beach front villa steps from the beach I’ll be back next vacation!!

A view and experience like non other!

Amazing property! The view is unbelievable! You basically get to stay on the ocean without being on a boat. Woke up to see an amazing sunrise with dolphins swimming. The waves come directly up to and under the house. The property was very clean and comfortable. Having all the little extra touches .. like ice in the freezer, shampoo and conditioner along with beach towels and extra blankets made everything feel so welcoming.

Great location

Stayed for a long weekend with my son. Location was very good, close to food and grocery store. Listing said drillling a couple houses down was from 8-4 but it started just after 7 shaking the entire house. House itself was pretty clean inside but there was quite a strong smell, like my uncles machine shop, grease and oil. The bedsheets were clean but had holes and a few tears in them. Listing pictures showed comfy deck chairs but that's not what was available and also showed a regular coffee maker but instead had a keureg. Lot of junk under the house which is the access to the beach, rusty chairs and debris that could easily have been removed. The sand was very low so the regular beach access from the deck was unusable because the stairs didn't go all the way down anymore. Adding a few more steps so that people don't have to duck underneath the house for beach access would be nice. All in all we had a good time and the house manager/owner was very responsive but for the amount we spent it could have been better.

Great trip!

Directly on the beach. Our family got to witness dolphins surfing a big wave during our early Thanksgiving dinner from the dining room. Close to Malibu Country Mart. Amazing experience.

Amazing Stay

Our family had a great stay at this property. Nicely redone interior, right on the beach. Well appointed with high end appliances. Everything was as described. Property manager was onsite daily for questions, minor questions we had but never intrusive. Great all around and amazing beachfront unit. Host was very responsive and helpful. Great communication. We will definitely be staying here again!
