Welcome to your home away from home in Aguada!


Located in a quiet residential area on the beautiful west coast of Puerto Rico, our condo offers serene views of either the ocean or lush tropical foliage from every room. It’s the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy the island’s natural beauty.

Inside:
The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dinnerware, and modern appliances such as a coffee maker, water kettle, toaster, microwave, stove/oven, and refrigerator — everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

We offer three bedrooms, each with its own air conditioning unit for your comfort. You’ll enjoy high-speed internet, a 50" TV with Roku, Alexa, an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as beach essentials like beach towels, chairs, and a cooler for your adventures.

Outdoor Spaces:
The large rooftop terrace is perfect for catching ocean breezes or stargazing at night. On the main floor, a covered patio with a small table and chairs offers a cozy spot to sip your morning coffee.

Within the gated complex, you’ll find a community pool with a shaded gazebo, and on-site showers and restrooms for your convenience.

Beach Access:
Table Rock Beach, known for its surfing, sits just outside the security gate. Depending on the tides, you can stroll along the sandy shore while on the hunt for sea glass and shells.

Location & Essentials:
We are ideally located — less than 20 minutes to Rincon, the island’s surfing capital with renowned beaches, restaurants, and shops, and just 15 minutes to Aguadilla for additional dining, beaches, and shopping options. The nearest airport, Rafael Hernández Airport (BQN) in Aguadilla, is only 25 minutes away, with San Juan’s (SJU) airport approximately 2-2.5 hours by car.

Important Note:
 When booking accommodations in Puerto Rico, it’s essential to consider backup utilities due to occasional power or water interruptions. Our condo complex is equipped with a backup generator and water cistern.

Waves serenade you in this quiet retreat

Place was clean and neat. Host was easy to communicate with. Tucked in a quiet section of the neighborhood. The beach is not the best in the area but still offers great relaxing vibes and views. Easy to get in and out.

Relax on the Beach 🏖

Place is beautiful! Great view of the Ocean, nice breeze through out whole house. Could sleep 8 if needed. Yes, we would stay there again. Only downside is that there is no elevator and I had trouble going up and down the stairs.

The place was exactly as pictured and was right on the beach. We had plenty of space and the necessities were there. It was nice to be able to cook meals and wash clothes. The island lost power while we were there but luckily we were on a generator and enjoyed our trip.

The best Christmas vacation ever!

Renting this property was easy through VRBO. It was exactly the way they pictured it . I loved it! It was very updated , big enough for a few people even though it was just me n my son. The amenities were all I needed . Perfect view of the ocean all day long n relaxing sound at night!. Venturing out was easy.

Wow! An Amazing Find.

My family and I loved our stay at Table Rock! The location felt quiet, private, and secure. The unit has incredible ocean views and multiple private outdoor spaces for enjoying those views. It was clean, well-furnished, and communication from the property owner/manager was great. It felt too good to be true that a place as nice as this was within our budget. It was definitely the highlight our stays in Puerto Rico. I wished we had planned less activities just so we could just hang out and enjoy the incredible space.

Location and view

I really liked being close to the ocean. It was very calming listening to the waves crashing against the shoreline. The condo could have used a few items that would have made it feel more homey. A lamp in the front room, possibly an additional TV in either the bedroom or the additional living space and some colorful accents to brighten it up. All in all enjoyed our week there.

Location, location, location.

Better than could have imagined, very spacious and comfortable with all amenities needed provided, and views of the ocean in every angle was an added treat when watching the sunset. Erica (host) did a great job making this place feel like a home for our travel to this area. Very clean and liked having the full kitchen and washer/dryer. Appreciated the reserved parking and security in the area. Loved location so close to Rincon at half of the cost of staying there, and close to many delicious places to eat. In the past, have stayed in the Aguada/Aguadilla/Rincón area and this is by far the best place we have stayed at. We will most definitely be booking a stay here again next year when we return and highly recommend it. Must try: Cielo Mar Bakery for amazing breakfast options, and Rincón beach 18 minutes away.

Great location, extra charges

Location is great on a quiet street away from town. Very clean on arrival and the pool area is nice. Was charged $125 for a placemat and throw pillow that was stained with easter egg dye, seemed to be a bit much, was told $100 would a compromise and we were still charged $125, whatever. Not a deal-breaker but kept us from giving a 5-star rating. There was also a very loose handrail section on the spiral staircase that hopefully gets addressed soon before someone gets hurt and causes a bigger problem. Either way, we would stay here again and recommend it, just be careful (of everything) and have fun!

Awesome view!

The property was great. The view was awesome. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything needed to cook, dishes, etc. Tip: before buying anything see if it is already there. I have a couple of suggestions : A TV in one of the bedrooms or upstairs. In the evening the kids need a place to be away from the adults lol. The top deck is great but because of how the wall is built you can’t see the view when sitting. Maybe a high top table and chairs? The cleaning people need to clean under the furniture. I dropped something under the sofa and it was not clean. The neighborhood was awesome, the condo was great, the owner was very nice and responsive! I would stay here again. I really enjoyed this stay. Another tip: on the weekend the strip down the street is jumping and on Saturday they have some sort of local festival? with vendors and food.

This was our 2nd time staying at this same unit and it was great both times. Will stay here again next time we are in this area. Location is perfect, views of the ocean and sunsets from the unit...priceless! Very comfortable and enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Pool use is good too when the ocean waves are too rough to get into. But loved walking outside the unit to collect seashells and sea glass. Highly recommend this pllace.

Wonderful Beach Condo Stay

Great condo in a quite residential area. Loved hearing the ocean waves and the coquis at night. The community has a small pool available and the views from the rooftop were wonderful! One side of the building is surrounded by vegetation and palms. It was so nice to be able to go downstairs and walk out on to the beach. The host also had beach towels, chairs and a cooler available for use which came in very handy. Would definitely stay here again.
