Sarroch is a municipality of 5000 inhabitants, located 45 m above sea level and at a distance of 25 km from the city of Cagliari, the regional capital of Sardinia. Most of its economy is based on agricultural and tourist activities and the processing of petroleum products with very high environmental values.

Upstairs: a large double bedroom with a 1.60x2 m bed and a second bedroom with a 1.40x2 m sofa bed, a comfortable balcony with views of the mountains and a bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower. Air conditioning (except the second bedroom; with fan in summer) and heating are available in each of the areas of the house.
The outdoor spaces of 120 m2 consist of: a closed car space inside and additional parking at the entrance, a terrace with pergola and outdoor lounge, a small pleasure garden with barbecue.
In addition to the richness of its landscapes, both maritime and mid-mountain, the municipality has an archaeological and monumental heritage made up of numerous Nuraghes, including the very famous "Sa Domu e S'Orcu" (2500 B.C.) and "Antigori" (1800 B.C.), as well as monuments of great architectural quality such as the historic Villa d'Orri and the bourgeois Villa Siotto.
In addition to the residential and tourist area of the municipality's seaside, in the places known as Perd'è Sali and Porto Colombu, its geographical position makes it easy to reach Cagliari, a city of great historical richness, and of course, the many beaches and remarkable sites along the entire south-eastern coast of the island.
