BlueWater Vista - MAGNIFICENT VIEWS!!! Safe, family friendly villa close to town

BlueWater Vista a 4 bedroom / 3 1/2 bath turnkey pool villa located in Chocolate Hole, very close to downtown Cruz Bay.

This home is perfect for large groups, especially those traveling with children.

Sleeps 13 people.

Bed 1: 1 king with en suite (upper level)
Bed 2: queen and twin bunkbed (upper level)
Bed 3: king
Bed 4: queen and twin bunk bed

Twin day bed on lower level living room.

The upper level includes a large kitchen and great room along with two large bedrooms each with private adjoining decks.

There is also a deck off of the kitchen for grilling and outdoor dining.

The master bedroom includes a large e suite bathroom and walk in closet, while the secondary bedroom has a bathroom right outside the door for easy access.

The villa is super kid friendly with no large drop offs or cliffs and is actually fenced in! Perfect for those with small children.

We have a fully stocked board game cabinet and floats for the pool.

Easy driveway with flat ample parking. Central air through out the whole villa.

Incredible water views from almost every room in the house. A can’t miss!

8 minutes to Cruz Bay and 14 minutes to the closest north shore beach (Hawksnest). 25 minutes to Coral Bay.

Walk to both great cruz bay beach and chocolate hole beach.

5 night minimum or 3 night if the stay abuts another stay (is no gap in between bookings).

This house was perfect for our group of 9. The views on the back deck where the pool is at was awesome and the other balconies were also great! Would definitely stay at Bluewater Vista again!

The location had no power and the generator was not functional for the bulk of our stay (1 night). Vrbo Staff provided us with a full refund.

We had power go out on the island (which is a common occurrence) however this outage related to a downed line which we had no control over. We had the generator going within a few hours and got the power company out there the next business day. This guest was not understanding of the issue at all. Beware to other owners…this one is a total pain. Do not rent to them!

We Love St John

Our family of 13 has been visiting St. John for years, and this villa was by far one of the best experiences we've had! The house was impeccably clean, spacious, and had every amenity we could ask for to make our stay comfortable. The multiple patios were wonderful, providing plenty of shade and cover so we could enjoy the outdoors regardless of the weather. We also greatly appreciated the thoughtful extras like beach chairs, coolers, and skim boards, which made our beach days even more enjoyable. The host was absolutely fantastic—responsive, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. This villa truly felt like our home away from home for the week. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a stress-free and luxurious getaway!

The house is in need of repairs and maintenance before future stays. Upon arrival there were many things not working or in order including only one working tv that you must stream your own services, no sound system as listed, a mangled and torn canopy by pool area, a mini split AC that leaked so much we had to blow out the line ourselves after getting tired of duping bowls of water, holes in the walls and ceilings, broken counter tops and floor tiles, dirty furniture, missing furniture (only one barstool), all patios were dirty and furniture astray and the biggest issue was the amount of trash/debris by the pool including a fork, water bottles, food containers and deflated, mildewed pool floats/toys. Upon notifying the host, his reply was “There is only one working tv. Thank you for letting me know about the barstool.” The booklet of house information was only emailed to us the day after check in when we asked what the WiFi password was. The house appeared to have not been rented recently and the host seemed unaware of the condition of the home. We also had to buy cleaning supplies because all surfaces were dirty.
