Looking for a longer stay? If you're a digital nomad, college student, or new Nashville resident seeking a furnished rental for 2+ months, reach out! Monthly pricing for extended stays starts at $3,500/month. A refundable security deposit of $500 is charged separately before check-in for reservations between 30 days and 6 months, and $1,000 for reservations over 6 months.
