Probably one of the cleanest and nicest houses that we have stayed in. We were a little hesitant when we got there because some of the other homes in the neighborhood. We stayed there Friday, Saturday and Sunday night without any problems whatsoever. Very quiet and peaceful, especially for as many houses that were around the neighborhood. There is a mixture of new construction houses and houses that are being restored/renovated. The host was very responsive and professional. The house had everything we needed and just about everything was high-quality. The master bedroom and bath is absolutely amazing. There is a second and third bedroom upstairs where the laundry is also located in the common hall. Second and third bedroom has a Jack and Jill bathroom that is shared. It also has a door that separates the double sink, vanity and the shower/toilet. The first floor has a large bedroom with two twin bunk beds, which sleeps four. We came in for a football game at Nissan Stadium so it was very convenient to all the downtown festivities and the stadium. There is a brand new Kroger within just a couple of miles of the house that was very convenient for stocking up on snacks and drinks. We will definitely be staying next time we’re in Nashville.
