Overlooking the French Broad River, our home is ideal for rest and relaxation. The hot tub, unique rock climbing wall, and fire pole will provide an unforgettable family vacation!

I love the sunrise and sunset mountain views from the deck, being literally on top of the French Broad River, all within 20 minutes of Asheville.

What makes this property unique

This home is green built, constructed right into the mountain for energy efficiency. With radiant floor heating, passive solar heating, as well as locally milled hardwood floors, counters and cabinets. We sourced the ceramic kitchen hardware locally too!
