About this property
Stunning Asheville Home w/ Hot Tub, Pool Table, Sleeps 12, 6 Miles from Downtown
Experience the Ultimate Escape in Nature’s Embrace nestled within a 100-acre nature preserve, this tranquil retreat offers the perfect blend of peace, luxury, and solitude. Enjoy the sound of the wind and the occasional cry of a soaring hawk, while surrounded by wildlife including deer, turkeys, bobcats, and even an occasional bear. Just six miles from downtown Asheville, North Carolina, this property is ideally located near the best of Western North Carolina's attractions, dining, and activities.
The uniquely designed home effortlessly complements its mountain setting, featuring a stunning 22-foot cathedral ceiling, three large stone fireplaces (one in the living room, one in the master bedroom, and another in the lower-level living area), and a host of modern amenities. You’ll also enjoy a private 4-person hot tub on the terrace, broadband internet, surround sound throughout the house, and unlimited U.S. long-distance calling. The property comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and welcomes up to two pets for an additional fee.
Spacious Bedrooms & Luxurious Comfort
The expansive master bedroom on the main floor boasts a king-size bed, a 32” flat-screen smart TV, a reclining chair, and a stone fireplace. The en-suite master bath offers a sunken tub, a separate porcelain tile shower, and dual sinks.
The second bedroom features a queen bed and a work desk, while the second bathroom includes a shower and single sink.
The third bedroom, located in the loft, is furnished with two twin beds.
The lower level features two additional bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and a work desk, and the other with a queen bed.
Relax & Unwind
The main floor living room offers a large flat-screen smart TV, a DVD player, a stone wood-burning fireplace, and a spacious sofa, perfect for cozy evenings. The lower-level living room includes a flat-screen smart TV, DVD, stone wood-burning fireplace, sofa, and a pool table. Several sliding glass doors provide easy access to the expansive deck, where you can soak in the breathtaking mountain views from four of the bedrooms.
Outdoor Living & Dining
The home spans three levels, offering 4,500 sq. ft. of living space and 1,200 sq. ft. of outdoor decking, as well as a 400 sq. ft. terrace, ideal for relaxation and privacy. Smoking is allowed on the deck, and the gas grill makes outdoor dining a breeze. If you prefer to cook inside, the fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, including a refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, electric stove with self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a kitchenette on the lower level. You’ll also find all the essentials—sharp knives, cookware, pizza pans, toaster, coffee grinder and maker, and more. For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are provided.
Explore Asheville & Beyond
While you may never want to leave, the home is just minutes from Asheville's vibrant shopping, dining, arts, and entertainment scene. You’re only 9 miles from the iconic Biltmore House and the famous Grove Park Inn & Spa. Take a leisurely walk around Beaver Lake or Lake Louise, or enjoy a picnic by the French Broad River (just 2 miles away). Explore the stunning Blue Ridge Parkway, only 9 miles from the home.
Other nearby attractions include the charming town of Weaverville, the 435-acre North Carolina Arboretum, Pisgah National Forest (perfect for hiking, mountain biking, and swimming), horseback riding, balloon rides, skiing at Wolf Laurel (19 miles), relaxing at the historic Hot Springs Spa (30 miles), Harrah’s Cherokee Casino, Chimney Rock Park, Grandfather Mountain, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
But perhaps you’ll find that the best way to spend your time is simply relaxing on the deck with a good book and the peaceful sounds of nature.
Guest Access
You’ll have full access to the entire home, except for a private office in the basement, which has its own separate entrance, parking, and privacy fence.

Since we travel often, we don’t meet our guests personally. However, our dedicated team is available to assist you with any questions or needs during your stay. Feel free to reach out to Georgie, Susie, or our maintenance team if needed.
Other Notes
Please note, the office in the basement is used during normal business hours, but you will not have access to this space.
