On the ground floor, which is equipped with uniform floor tiles, there are two bedrooms, a living / dining area with an East Frisian sofa, a full kitchen and a shower room with toilet on an approx. 55 m2 living space.
The attic presents itself as a gallery-like, open roof beam, bright, approx. 35 sqm living studio with satellite TV, leather seating area and desk for z. B. the holiday post.
A terrace at the house and a patio in the green with a barbecue invite you to linger - under a large parasol, if the sky means something too well.
The fenced house has a garage with two bicycles that can be used at your own risk.
