Wonderful apartment with 2 bedrooms

"Cloudless Neßmersiel". Be one of the first guests and enjoy the wonderful location on the edge of the field just a few meters from the dike.

Here you will find a modern ambience near the beach on the East Frisian North Sea coast.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Electricity / water / heating are included.
A tourist tax is payable, you pay this on site at the property manager.
Linen packages and firewood can be ordered for a fee.
A deposit of 100 euros is due in advance.
The construction phase is not yet complete. It may therefore be possible that construction work will occur during your stay. Please understand that we cannot accept subsequent complaints.

On 60 m² you will find a chic and modern living / dining area with a well-equipped kitchen, as well as a modern bathroom with walk-in shower.

The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms. One of them is equipped with a high-quality double bed, the other with 2 single beds can also be used as a children's room.

A breakfast together on the beautiful terrace is a perfect start to the day, or you can end the day together with a glass of wine. The own garden completes the offer and you feel like at home.

A free car parking space and a bicycle parking space are available.

Additional relaxation is provided by a sauna park just 400 meters away. Shops, a bakery and several restaurants are within 500 meters.

In the immediate vicinity you will also find a beautiful harbor and the salt meadow adventure trail.

The North Sea island of Baltrum is approached from the Neßmersiel ferry port. The crossing takes only about 30 minutes, so a day trip to the car-free North Sea island is recommended.

Chilled place for families with little children

Great place to stay for all families with little children. We‘ve enjoyed our 2-weeks holidays in the lovely apartment, which was super-clean and has all the equipment you need and a great view. The area is also great and offers a lot of activities.

Tolle und sehr gut ausgestattete moderne Ferienwohnung. Der Weitblick war toll, genauso wie die gute fußläufige Erreichbarkeit eines kleinen Ladens mit angeschlossener Bäckerei.

Schöne moderne Ferienwohnung

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, bis auf die letzte Nacht. Die Ferienwohnung ist neu (Neubau) und komplett modern eingerichtet. Waschmaschine und so weiter alles vorhanden. Zu der letzten Nacht muss ich sagen (Samstag zu Sonntag) war sehr laute Musik und Geschreie über mehrere Wohnungen hinweg. In der Doppelhaushälfte sind in der einen Seite die 2 Ferienwohnungen und die andere Seite ist durch einheimische bewohnt. Der Einheimische hat von abends weg bis früh 6:30 sehr laut Musik gehört. Und extra noch etwas lauter gedreht, als sich die Leute beschwert haben. Es wurde geschrien und Drohungen ausgesprochen, an die Haustür geklopft und auch die Terrasse, die zu unserer Wohnung gehört, betreten und der Mieter über uns Bedroht. Mit 2 kleinen Kindern war dies ein Erlebnis, wo natürlich ich sagen muss das ich Aufgrund dieses Nachbarn dieses Objekt nicht mehr mieten werde. Die Vermieter können natürlich nichts dafür. Wäre aber schön, wenn evtl. mit den Mieter gesprochen wird. Da erstens Rufschädigend dieses Verhalten ist und zweitens es uns so vorkam das der Mieter allgemein Probleme mit Urlaubern hat.

Kurzurlaub

Es war eine wunderschöne, modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Schön war auch der Garten mit Weitblick. Sehr praktisch war der Schuppen der die Möglichkeit geboten hat die Fahrräder, die nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt zu leihen waren sicher aufzubewahren. Auch das fußläufig erreichbar liegende Pub mit Livemusik war sehr gut.

Die Ferienwohnung war perfekt für unseren Urlaub. Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Nur das Zimmer für unser Kleinkind war mit einem Kinderreisebett sehr klein.

Kleine aber sehr feine Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist zwar relativ klein, aber sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet! Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden, der Kontakt sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist zwar nicht so nah am Meer, und auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt im Ort sind beschränkt, aber die Aussicht aus der Wohnung ist sehr schön zum Entspannen und wenn man mobil ist, ist alles recht schnell erreichbar.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung sehr ruhig. Die Matratzen müssten mal erneuert werden da hängt man durch wie in einer Hängematte. Eine Stereoanlage war nicht vorhanden wie beschrieben wurde. Im Wohnzimmer müsste eine Uhr sein. Aber ansonsten ist die Wohnung mit fast allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen
