The Cottage offers large great room, full kitchen, fireplace, king, queen, and single bed, soaking tub and showers, private entries. Lil Cottage (Library/Bunkroom) in its own close-by but separate building, offers queen bed, 2 bunk beds, sitting/dining area, 3/4 bath and kitchenette.

Minimum booking age 30 years
Renter must share Rental Agreement with their group prior to arrival
Pets must be pre approved. 20 lb max. Provide breed, age, quiet/calm, sociability. Pet fee dependent on stay length. Min $50.
3-night minimum, 5 night maximum June-September & Holidays
Cleaning fee $300.
Limited washer access, 4+ night stays only.
