Oceanfront Complex, Walk to Coligny, Beautifully Renovated 3 bd/3 ba, New pool

Renovated 3 bedroom/3 bath townhouse in Hilton Head Beach Villas near Coligny. An Oceanfront complex with peek-a-boo views of the Atlantic Ocean from our balcony! Beautiful new swimming pool just steps to the ocean! Close enough to Coligny Plaza and the new Low Country Celebration Park to enjoy the many venues for dining, shopping and entertainment yet far enough away to enjoy our less crowded beach. Our villa is just steps to the sandy beach without having to cross any streets. Just walk through the beautifully landscaped courtyard to our private beach access boardwalk and beach mat.

Our Villa has 3 floors of living space. The top floor features 2 master bedrooms with King sized beds and en-suite bathrooms. The main floor has the kitchen with dining table for 6 people, living room and balcony with a sliver view of the ocean. The main entry has the foyer, laundry room and full bath. The lower level has the 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds and a living room with TV, sofa and desk.

The back deck has table/chairs for 6 people, a charcoal grill and a storage box filled with beach gear. The community pool with beach entry with lounge chairs is located just off our patio and also features an outdoor shower.

The villa features a private carport and small drive that can accommodate 2 cars. This is a quiet oceanfront community that has only 30 units. Enjoy the lush greenery, large oak trees and ocean access.

**We welcome Snow Birds with special pricing Jan/Feb/March. Please inquire for discounted rates.

No Pets, No Smoking/Vaping anywhere on property.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave dirty sheets on bed. Our cleaners will strip the beds. Place all dirty towels in the shower.
Load and run dishwasher. Place trash and recycling in the outside bins.
Set A/C to 78. Turn off all lights. Return lower slider door key to hook. Lock all doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking on property including balcony and patios. Lock all doors when leaving home. Shake sand off laundry outside before putting in washer

Everything about this property is perfect. Close to the pool, the beach, parks, stores and shops. Plenty to do for kids and adults. Rena was super responsive with our questions and we are looking at dates to return again next year with our new grandbaby! Highly recommend.

Great Holiday Getaway

Great location and plenty of room for our holidays day! Plenty of room for us to be together or curl up elsewhere and read a book. Location to restaurants and other amenities was perfect. Plenty of top-notch golfing nearby…Would stay here again in a second!

Golf and Coligny Beach

Great location steps from the ocean and a short walk to Coligny beach, shops, and restaurants. Great golf on the island. Overall a very nice, updated, and clean place with a bed and bath for each of us (family of 4) in a perfect location. We had an amazing time!

This is our favorite complex at HHI! Love the location, pool and easy beach access. Also, the layout of the condos is wonderful because of the second den / living area. This condo is well updated and very nice. Clean and welcoming upon entry. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Only complaint is ALL of the mattresses are in desperate need of replacement. Once that issue is fixed, this condo is perfection!

The condo is very nice, looks just like the pictures! The location is perfect. Walk or bike everywhere, including on the beach! The pool is just steps from condo and beach is a short walk. The wagon that was included was perfect for carrying everything to beach.

This condo was perfect for me and my family! Remodeled wonderfully and exactly what we needed for our trip. Perfectly functional - nice pool - easy private access to the beach and walking distance to coligny plaza! It was the perfect beach condo and clean too ! Also, had a nice grill to cook out on the back patio with - I liked the fact that the back patio was in the shade in the afternoons - definitely made it more pleasant and relaxing

We loved this villa ! It is great location , steps to the beach ,walk to Coligny Plaza , my favorite shopping . Owners have renovated with such great decor . Awesome condo!

We loved everything about our condo! It was extremely clean and very convenient to restaurants, golf, and activities. Proximity to the beach was awesome. It was so nice to come home and cool off at the pool. The property manager was great to work with and it had everything we needed for a wonderful week. so glad we found this condo, I would stay here again!

Nice spot

The condo was very nice, we had 6 adults, the two king beds upstairs comfortable! The two singles downstairs need to be replaced but for kids who don’t care probably fine. Floors could have been cleaner, the pool was very nice! Beach access and the beach itself really nice, very clean. We would come back 😁

Great location, very clean

Overall it was a decent stay. Nice location with beach access. We did not receive check in instructions from the property manager prior to our arrival per the listing. We had to contact the host for the gate and door code. Property manager was very slow to respond but the host was responsive and quick to find a solution for the gate code not working. We had to be let in from another resident. There were no sponges to clean dishes with, not enough towels for our 3 day stay and only one laundry pod. Also there was no beach towels.

This condo was the perfect home base for our Hilton Head adventure! Perfect Location

Our stay was extremely pleasant. The location is unbeatable - being able to walk to the pool and ocean from our condo with two toddlers was crucial. It was so close to everything we wanted to see/do and the property was very clean upon arrival. We will be back!

Enjoyed our stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach property. The location on South Forest Beach Drive is really nice. We walked to the Coligny area daily. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 1 toddler. And the place was well equipped with everything we needed for the week.

No direct view of the ocean, if that's important to you, but it's a very short walk across a lawn to the ocean walkway. Very nice complex, and the access couldn't be easier. Very clean, updated, nicely furnished. Location is convenient to everything.
