Top floor apartment with great views from the balcony of the lake a few meters away

The house with the cozy and rustic apartment is located in the center of Bad Bayersoien.

The approximately 55 square meter apartment has a view from the spacious balcony overlooking the lake Soier, as well as to the surrounding mountains. The apartment has a separate bedroom with double bed (180 x 200cm) and a sofa bed (200 x 80cm) in the living room for one more person. The separate kitchen is equipped with a stove with oven, kettle, coffee machines and much more. The bathroom has a shower and sanitary purposes. In the living room you can make yourself comfortable on the 3-seater sofa and armchair in bed. Satellite television is of course also available. Since the apartment is located on the top floor, sloping ceiling adds a cozy ambience.

On the balcony there are two chairs and a table. It offers enough space and is also covered.

The central location allows the achievement of mud baths, shops and the lake within minutes. Enjoy the many hiking trails, cross-country ski trails, nearby castles as well as the distinctive landscape in the region.

Großzügige Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick und Seenähe

Alles gut organisiert, sauber, recht große Ferienwohnung im 2.Stock mit großem Balkon. Hunde willkommen, 5 Min zum See. Spülmaschine fehlt, aber sonst alles da. Empfehlenswert und gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
