Stunning River & Ocean 9th Floor Views in our Comfortable Coastal Retreat
Beautiful 9th floor unit, where you'll enjoy stunning ocean and sunset views from the wrap-around balcony! Our spacious and comfortable 3/2 unit features an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen and in-unit washer & dryer. Keyless entry ensures a carefree stay, and we now offer our guests a cleaning fee-free experience.
General information about our property:
Parking and entry:
Our condo unit offers one designated parking space below ground. This is accessed using the remote garage door opener or by code. Trailers or commercial vehicles are NOT permitted on property. Please place provided parking passes on display in vehicles throughout your stay to avoid towing. We also allow a 2nd parking pass to be used on the top parking level only, and is first come only.
The trash chute is located by the elevators on the 9th floor. Also by the elevator you’ll find a storage door. Our storage unit is marked with "901" and will have a numbered pad lock. In the storage unit you will find a beach wagon, beach chairs and a beach bag with toys (may vary) . You are welcome to store additional items during your stay. We do ask that all supplies used at the beach are rinsed thoroughly prior to returning to the storage area.
Pool/Spa: Heated pool that's open year round. Please follow all posted rules & note the hours are from dawn to dusk. Not responsible for pool or spa closures for unscheduled maintenance or repairs.
Kitchen:
Help yourself to anything in the kitchen. We supply some coffee, and a fully equip kitchen. There is a fire extinguisher located under the sink. We also provide basic cleaning supplies and a starter supply of dish washing soaps.
A/C: Please ensure that the thermostat does not go below 68° and please do not leave the sliding door or windows open while running the air conditioning. It is also helpful to close the curtains or blinds on the to keep the unit cool as the sun moves over the building.
Noise:
As neighbors surround our property, we would appreciate you honoring the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. Please use care when moving furniture, indoors & on balcony. Noise easily travels on from balcony to balcony as well.
Laundry:
There is a laundry and dryer available for your use. Starter soap provided.
General:
Please do not hang any towels or other items from the railing at the entry or on the balcony. Additionally please make sure any items that are on the balcony are secure as the winds can change at any time. We are not responsible for any items dropped or fallen from balcony. Please do not discard ice and coolers or any other material from the balcony. Smoking is not permitted in the building or in our unit. Fireworks are not allowed on property at all.
Please use face towels provided for makeup removal.
Technology:
All the TVs are smart TVs - you can log into your own streaming services. The television in the master bedroom and the living room do offer spectrum cable as well.
