- Please be aware that there is a construction project nearby, but it will adhere to local noise ordinances, so it shouldn’t be a major disturbance. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM.



Long Term Living:

- Looking for a comfortable, furnished home in Gatlinburg for an extended stay? We've got you covered. A refundable security deposit of $500 is charged separately before check-in for any reservations between 28 days and 6 months, and a deposit of $1,000 for any reservations over 6 months.

With over 100 artists and craftsmen, Gatlinburg’s Arts & Crafts Community is a living, breathing tribute to the history of Tennessee. The carvers, weavers, watercolor artists, casters, soap makers, potters, silversmiths and dozens of other artisans skillfully demonstrate their abilities before thousands of visitors. The community is located on an 8 mile loop road that’s designated a Tennessee Heritage Arts & Crafts Trail.

You are at the doorstep of all the outdoor adventure, family attractions, and memories that the rest of Gatlinburg and the Smokies have to offer!



Getting Around:

Please watch for wildlife on your way to our home. For the area, we recommend having an AWD vehicle during the winter months. However, getting from our home to the tourist sites in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg is fairly easy as these routes are on main roads. Please note, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds should vehicles not be able to access the home.

- Guests must be at least 18 years old to book with us.

- As is standard with all of our homes, we do request additional guest verification including signing a liability agreement after booking.
