Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- All guests must be 25+ (Teenage or younger overnight guests MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult.)
- $300 security deposit is required to be held 2 days before the check in, and will release 5 days after check out.
- Must sign Rental Agreement and provide Driver’s License within 24 hrs of booking or subject to cancellation.

We loved our time at this beautiful mountain cabin! It’s close enough to the main area that you can always find great restaurants and anything you need but far enough away that it feels like a mountain retreat! The enclosed hot tub is amazing and the living area is perfect. The hosts were very communicative and friendly! We absolutely would stay here again!

From selecting this location to checking out, the process was smooth, the owners were friendly and communicative, and the check-in/check-out was easy! This location is beautiful! The rooms were and beds were great. The pool table and arcade cabinet were a fun downtown activity, and the television near the hot tub was a plus! The cabin is beautiful! It’s in a nice, quiet setting, with amazing Mountain View’s. Close to all that you could need during your stay. Communication with the host was perfect, they made sure everything was going well, and made sure we had everything we needed. We look forward to booking again in the future.

Great place to stay and easy to get to. Would definitely stay there again. Beds were comfortable, place was inviting after a long drive. Only suggestion is to fix the blinds in the bathroom, they were broke.

Beautiful Cabin

While there were some cleanliness issue ( coffer ground still in maker, food in sink drain) the cabin is truly a beautiful place. We would definitely stay there again if we head back to that area.

Sky View Cabin nestled in the mountains that is secluded from all of the noise but close to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains! It features phenomenal floor to ceiling windows with both downstair and upstair porches to sit, relax and enjoy the sunrise and sunsets! 

What makes this property unique

I love the massive windows in the living room which allow us to take in all the nature view. The up deck is perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunrise and sunset. There are plenty sitting area outside , either the swing on the front porch, the picnic table , or dinning area outside.
