New Floors, New Mattresses, TVs in every room, Full size Kitchen with Stainless
Steel appliances, Full Bathroom, Private patio , Backyard with Stainless Steel 5 Burner Grill, Fire Pit, laundry facilities available on request. There is a separate cottage in back with separate guests who have their own private area but will share the amenities grill and fire pit in backyard on first come first serve basis and parking.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please clean out fridge and place all garbage in black bin outside and pull bin to curb for garbage pickup . Please let me know if you leave sooner .
