A recently and carefully renovated 165 m² house for 10 people, located in Saint Nicolas La Chapelle, a 5-minute drive from the slopes and a 3-minute drive from the lake.

Parking for several cars.
Large landscaped garden with a barbecue, fire pit, very large table with chairs, trampoline, zip line, slide, and swings.

Ground floor:
45-square-meter living room with a large sofa facing the fireplace, dining table, and TV. Kitchen with island, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, raclette machine, coffee maker, etc.

Toilet, sink.

Basement:
Sauna, shower, washing machine, dryer, sink, small sitting area with table.

ground floor:
3 bedrooms, including: 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and 2 bedrooms with double beds.

1 bathroom: toilet, sink, towel warmer, shower.....

2nd Floor:
1 very large bedroom with a king-size bed and a balcony

1 bathroom: toilet, sinks, towel warmer, bathtub, closets.....

The house is very spacious for families. There are several cosy corners in the living room where both adults and children can find a spot to play board games, watch a film, or enjoy an aperitif by the fireplace.....

Chalet vraiment nickel, à 2 min de la boulangerie et 8 min des remontées en voiture. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute de toute demandes et répond vraiment rapidement. Je recommande ce logement à 100%
