Welcome to our individual chalet located in Saint-Nicolas-la-Chapelle, since the winter of 2026 we welcome you in the heart of the Alps, in a particularly quiet and preserved environment.

Located at the end of a dead-end road, the chalet benefits from an exceptional calm, without passing traffic, with beautiful vegetation around the property and an unobstructed view of the mountains and Mont-Blanc.

With its 130 m², 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the chalet comfortably accommodates up to 8 people and can accommodate up to 10 people.
You also enjoy a large, flat, grassy garden, ideal for relaxing, having lunch outside or letting the children enjoy the space.

❄️ Winter: skiing, mountain and cocooning.
The chalet is about 10 minutes from the first ski lifts (Espace Diamant and Espace Evasion Mont Blanc Megève).
After a day on the slopes, you will return to the calm of the chalet and enjoy its practical facilities:
