Come recharge your batteries in this idyllic, unspoiled setting—with no neighbors in sight—on the edge of a wood and surrounded by horses.

Ideally located between the sea and the countryside, you’ll be close to major highways (Nantes, Rennes, Saint-Malo, Brest, Vannes, Quimper, and Saint-Brieuc), just 10 minutes from city centre Lorient, 20 minutes from the beaches of Larmor, and 5 minutes from local shops.

Comfortably accommodating 6 people, the house features 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (190x140), a TV, and access to the patio. It’s the perfect spot for a holiday with family or friends.

You’re sure to enjoy a relaxing stay here and make the most of the magnificent garden, which spans approximately 1,000 m².

Deck chairs and garden armchairs are provided, along with a large garden table for al fresco dining.

You’ll enter a spacious, south-facing living room that opens onto the large ground-floor terrace. The open-concept kitchen is fully furnished and equipped.

Both on the ground floor and upstairs, there is a bathroom with a separate toilet.

The house is equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, oven, and microwave; a dishwasher; a washing machine; an iron and ironing board; a clothes dryer; a vacuum cleaner; and a steam cleaner.

Adjacent to a tent, professional and amateur pétanque players alike will certainly appreciate the fully equipped pétanque court (10 m x 4 m)

Please note that towels, sheets, and the tourist tax are included in the rate.

In this quiet and peaceful setting, parties are not allowed, nor are pets. Smokers will enjoy the view even more, as smoking is recommended outdoors (!)

You can park up to 3 cars in the garage as well as in the driveway, which is secured by a motorised gate.

A deposit is required at the time of booking; upon arrival, a security deposit of 300 euros and the balance of the rental fee are due.
