Work and play in Southern California's premier gated community. This 3,700 square foot hillside home is packed with amenities, including air conditioning. A full remodel was completed in 2020, including new wood & tile flooring, windows/doors, cabinetry, Sonos sound system& lighting.
Large family room includes 75" 4k TV, bar with beverage refrigerator, fireplace, and opens to the back patio area with waterfall.
Chef's kitchen includes gas cooktop, large island, Sub-Zero refrigerator, microwave, oven, warming drawer and everything you need to prepare gourmet meals - Kitchenaid Mixer, Paella Pan, Tagine, Rice Cooker, Instant Pot, and all pots, pans, dishes, etc. A BBQ area with Heston Grill and Big Green Egg is adjacent to the kitchen. Enjoy meals on the patio table seating 10 or bar overlooking the ocean seating 4, with views from Catalina to Dana Point.
Panoramic doors and windows in the kitchen and dining area open to bring ocean views and breezes inside.
Two dedicated office spaces with ocean views - one downstairs and one upstairs with fast internet and printer.
4 Bedrooms & 3 Bathrooms are upstairs - one ocean view master suite with fireplace, TV patio, and bathroom with jetted tub and steam shower; one guest room with ocean views; one guest suite with full bathroom; and one bedroom including office, small patio, folding elliptical, weights, TV and daybed with trundle.
Walk to the Three Arch Bay private access beach (10 minutes, 0.4 mile). Ride trolley from the neighborhood to downtown Laguna Beach (June 25 - Sept 6) to enjoy arts festivals, restaurants and shops.
Nearby boating in Dana Point, golf at several nearby courses.
