This private classic retreat boast all the modern conveniences. Luxurious finishes, high end furniture and appliances, cool ocean breezes, air conditioning, fans, Nest, multiple 4K TV's, Beach toys. This house is for discriminating guests who want a jewel in the Village with great ocean views.
Enjoy classic CA living with huge and inviting outside spaces that flow in and out of the house. The comfortable layout expands the indoor outwards and vice-versa. This ideal summer beach house boasts a large front and rear yard, an outdoor hot water shower, a closed alley in the rear for the kids to play and the best park in town about 1 block away. The beach is 4 blocks down. The bus trolley 3 blocks. The house in encased in one window after another, however due to positioning and discreet use of window treatments and foliage, extremely private.
The master bedroom upstairs is a retreat worthy of a Deluxe Vegas suite with its full living room, walk in closet, bathtub, shower and large deck for afternoon cosmos as you enjoy the ocean views.
Downstairs, the front bedroom is a king or a trundle twin, the middle bedroom can either be set up as two twins or converted to one king. The rear bedroom is a queen.
There is also an outdoor hot water shower for when you return from the beach. House has solar panels, hookup for golf cart and hookup for electric car. Built in gas bbq and a Coal bbq, Air conditioning, fans, heat, real wood fireplace, etc.
The house has recently been furnished and styled with high end furniture and finishes.

Why they chose this property
Its just a fun, elegant, welcoming house with a great layout, inside and out, in a fantastic neighborhood and close to everything. The smart use of the lot allows for plenty of spaces to socialize and or have some private time. The 50's/modern style glass walls allow for the inside to come in, yet the outside fences provide compound type privacy.
What makes this property unique
In the Hip District of Laguna Village, close to all the new and happening restaurants and hotels, yet only a 20 minute walk to downtown. The beach is 4 blocks away, Bluebird Park is 2 blocks away and there is a great alley in the back of the property.
