In addition to the large open family area, the home offers a large covered area beneath to include a screened gaming area with full size slate pool table/ping pong table combination. The area also has a large charcoal grill and double enclosed showers. Rental period is from Saturday to Saturday.

Linens are NOT provided (sheets, pillow cases and towels). Edisto Essentials is a reliable source for your linen needs (843.869.0951).

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Ensure all dishes have been washed and returned to cabinets. Empty dishwasher.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Proof of age of adult responsible for the rental agreement is required within 14 days of reserving the property.
Please take garbage to outside trash cans and remove items from fridge. Service will move cans to road for pickup and return under house (M, F).
Ensure all supplemental rental items (e.g. golf cart) provided by others is removed from the property prior to departure.

We are a large family that gathers at Edisto every summer plus. We love the coast and beauty of what she offers. Fond memories continue to be made on every trip to the beach.

Our home will be your home away from home. You can relax while the kids are gaming under the house. When you return from the beach you'll have two nice outside showers to clean the kids before going upstairs to relax.

What makes this property unique

I love my charcoal grill with stainless steel cooking surface. You can easily lower and raise to perfectly sear your steaks!
