The location, pool, front desk staff and view from balcony were all excellent. The condo ad is false - ceiling is less than 5’9” in areas, floor needs repair/ loose dangerous tiles, bed mattress is horrible, dishes were not clean and kitchen was not well equipped. Furniture is worn and unfashionable. Overall a low end condo for high end price. Owners should be embarrassed and ashamed. We had no internet for 6 days. Twice daily inquiries to vacaya proved useless. Eventually got the wifi code for building next door as the fix/ solution.

My room was amazing so was the views from the balcony just like the pictures from the website. Great time two blocks from the beach people were nice and friendly. Would love to stay here again. The pool was also nice and the water was warm too.

Spring break trip

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week over in late March/early April for our spring break. The condo was perfect for what we needed - beautiful view of the ocean, sunset watching on the balcony every night, and a very quick walk to all of the bars and restaurants in the Romantic Zone as well as less than five minutes to the beach. The condo is simple - not a lot of extras - but clean and comfortable. We loved the balcony and the pool. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Good location, yet not noisy. When I have stayed in this area before it can be noisy from clubs nearby. This one had a great view and was still removed from a lot of the noise. There is so much to do. The place is small, but it worked perfectly for me. The pool is fantastic. A lot of pols on PV are shallow, but this one was perfect. Also had good AC and WiFi

Great view and location!

The penthouse was super great value for money, the views are fantastic, good security in building, fun pool, and close to everything but not near a bunch of loud clubs! Only opportunities for improvement are 10am checkout pretty early, sink drain issue, very minor issues really!

The balcony and the view are fantastic. The AC works well. Overall, the place is very nice. The bathrooms are small and there is a noticeable odor from the drains. The bed is comfortable but could be updated. The instructions could have been more clear about entering from the 4th floor which would have helped save us from dragging our luggage up the stairs. The area is nice with lots of nearby shopping and restaurants. The area is noisy with nearby pools and outdoor bars but quiets down at 10 pm .
