Enjoy our 4 bedroom 3 bathroom Tiki home located minutes from Delray Beach and downtown Atlantic Ave. Our recently renovated home includes 3 suites with king sized beds and private bathrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 queens and a sofa bed. Large kitchen and dining/living area leads to a private backyard fearing a stunning Tiki hut and loft, salt water heated pool and BBQ surrounded by a palm tree setting. Located in a quiet and charming neighborhood, the home can sleep a family of 10. OUTDOOR OASIS: 1,500 Square Foot Tiki Hut featuring Sectional Seating, Dining Table, Pool Table, Heated Saltwater Pool with Lounge Chairs and side tables and Toys for the Pool. Pool can be heated for an additional $150 per stay.

TheTiki Hut lights can be turned on and off from the switches on the poles close to the stairs leading up to the second floor of the Tiki-Hut. Please turn off lights before you go to sleep.

We partner with PARADISE EVERYTHING BOATING to arrange custom private boat and yacht charters. Ask Martin to help coordinate an unforgettable time on the water with family, friends or business outings.

POOL SERVICE: The pool is serviced each Thursday morning between 8 and 10 AM, so if you see someone outside by the pool don't be alarmed. The pool can be heated for an additional $150 per stay.

LANDSCAPING: Landscaping service comes once a week usually on Wednesday or Thursdays in the morning so don't be alarmed.

GARBAGE: The town of Delray Beach removes garbage every Wednesday and Saturday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. If you are staying during those days please put out any used garbage bins on the front of the driveway and if you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house behind the gate we would appreciate it.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. If caught throwing a party, there will be a $500 dollar fee. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise . This is our most important rule that can result in a termination of your reservation along with additional fees.

PARKING: Our driveway provides ample parking. Please refrain from parking on the street. 4 cars maximum per stay.

POOL: Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owners will not be held liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted . No glass is permitted in or near the pool. The pool can be heated for an additional $150 per stay.

BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, please be mindful of keep doors closed.

SECURITY CAMERAS: Please note that there are outdoor cameras positioned at the front of the home as well as one outdoor camera in the backyard. These are in place to safeguard our guests and the property.
