Highly recommend

Our stay was everything we expected and more. The kids had a great time and sitting on the balcony listening to the waves roll in were so relaxing. Highly recommend and we'll be looking to stay again.

Great Stay!

The condo was spacious and clean. It had a great view of the gulf. Loved waking up to the sunrise and watching the sunset in the evening. It is close to the casinos, stores, and the Aquarium. We appreciated the indoor pool since it was still a bit cold for the outdoor pool during our stay. The host responded quickly to any questions I had. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. My family and I had a great stay.

It was vacation with the famliy. The condo was very spacious. The location was close to restaurants, shopping & night entertainment. The carpet was not vacuumed thoroughly. I had to vacuum. I didn't care too much that I had to keep up with 1 key instead of having a code to get in the condo. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves. We would stay her again.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wanted to take a beach vacation that offered a different experience than Florida or South Carolina. Overall the condo unit itself was fine. It was nice and clean and had a view of the beach and water. the carpet was a bit warn and the unit could use a coat of paint but all in all was nice. However, the unit sits by itself and there is nothing within walking distance. You can walk across the street to the beach but one trip to the beach is probably enough. I hate to say that the water is gross, but disgusting is probably a bit too harsh. The sand is white and the city tries to keep it maintained but there seems to be a good bit of "sea grass" or something all over. And, to make matters worse, a couple days before we left, we were informed that due to Covid, the indoor pool and workout room would be closed. The outdoor pool area was limited to 20, which is completely RIDICULOUS. However, sometimes, this did not seems to be enforced. It probably depended who number 20 was. It may have been a little less painful, if we were offered some type of restitution or the chance to back out of the contract. As long as these restrictions are in place, I definitely, advise you to reconsider your trip. Also, the street that runs along the water has nice restaurants, condos and even homes, but a few streets to the north of the water, the areas are quite suspect and I can see why the unit has security. I am sorry to write such an unfavorable review, but we wasted a lot of time and money on our family vacation to this area of the country.

The A C and the TV did not work when we arrived. We loved being together as a family. So the overall experience was good. Let’s say we made the best of a bad situation. Location was not as appealing as your sister condo. If we had been in a nicer unit, we would have been much happier.

Reviewer Comments: Everything about Sienna on the Coast was a fantastic experience except call Biloxi Beach Rentals about any questions or concerns you may have. Every time I called I felt like I was completely intruding on the day of whomever happened to answer the phone. I hated calling with any questions because you could hear the disgust in the voice on the other end of the phone. The property was amazing, the staff of the property was amazing, but the rental company staff lacked tact, kindness, and customer service by a considerable margin.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family spent Thanksgiving weekend at Sienna and occupied 3 different units. Beautiful view of the beach however unit 904 needs updating. TV in living room is too small for the large room. TV in the master bedroom is very old (not a flat screen). Furniture on the patio is broken and leaning on the side of the walls. Property management was notified and apparently this has been the case for a while. Walls need repainting. The biggest problem was the 3rd bathroom had an inoperable toilet the entire stay. Having given the property management 2 nights to fix it, the party staying in the third bedroom left. It could not be repaired due to parts not being able to be acquired during the Thanksgiving weekend. Our family occupying the 2 bedroom unit next to us were dissatisfied with the condition of their unit as well. On the other hand - Unit 1207 (penthouse unit) was in excellent condition and I would highly recommend choosing that one should you stay at Sienna. We were reimbursed partial rental for the inoperable toilet, but it didn't make up having part of our family leaving during our Thanksgiving weekend. :(

Our condo unit was nice with the exception of the very grungy and just needs to be replaced. The towels were so rough that we had to purchase new ones. Other than that, it was a great deal. There was a group of us and some of the other condos were better kept than ours.

Carpets were very dirty/stained and I do not think carpet was swept, plastic and pretzel were found upon arrival. Mater bath looked like had not been cleaned for quite some time and kitchen was wiped down with something that just smeared the appliances and granite countertops. found dirty clothes under bed.

However the water smelled like rotten eggs and we had to wait until the best day to get showers. And we had to clean off our balcony furniture. There was pigeon droppings all over them and the chairs were upside down. When we moved the lounger a mother pigeon was guarding her eggs. She tried to attack us anytime we tried to go on the balcony. Otherwise it was beautiful and exactly what we needed.
