Location, location, location! Acworth Train Experience is located in the heart of Downtown. Walking distance from Logan Park-restaurants-shops-brewery and across from the southern railroads. A lot of folks say that visiting Acworth feels like taking a step back in time, and not just because of the friendly neighbors and relaxed, slowed pace. From the town’s 19th-century churches to its stately antebellum homes and pre-Civil War cemeteries, this city is steeped in centuries of rich history.

The space
Welcome to the beauty of this newly renovated Historic home. High ceilings and crown molding throughout the house and two fireplaces compliment the Bohemian feeling with a mix of modern kitchen ambience. The Downtown Historic home offers 2 living rooms areas and additional sun room seating for your relaxation needs. Views of the historic Acworth railway while you sip coffee at the modern granite island. One Master bedroom with king bed and two additional guest bedrooms with a queen bed in each. We also offer an inflatable queen sized air mattress to sleep 2 additional guests and laundry area. 8-12 guests okay for gathering.
Smart Television with Netflix, Amazon tv and Peacock channel Wi-Fi TV, Ample parking spaces for up to 8 cars.

3 convenient front doors with electronic keypad access will give you and your guest flexible access to the house at anytime of your arrival and stay.
All guest will have access to the entire house, including the kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and sunroom. No access to the garage. Ample parking in driveway for up to 6 vehicles.

The house is incredible! I was able to use this space to get ready for my wedding and it was amazing! There was plenty of space, it was very clean, and just stunning! The host is so responsive and just wants to make sure you are having a good time and have everything you need. Highly recommend you stay here!

Perfect location

This was a perfect location for us. We were able to walk to downtown. Checked out the Farmers Market as well. Will definitely try to stay here again on my next trip. House was clean and comfortable.

Charming and clean. In town

A short walk to everything made our short stay convenient. The house had lots of charm and was very clean. The only negative is it is right next to the railroad and the trains do run constantly but it wouldn’t deter me from staying again.

Great amenities with easy access to quaint location.

Right in the heart of acworth. Came to watch baseball at lakepoint but was able to take advantage of the surrounding small town and what it had to offer. Local flair, cute Main Street, lake beach, park,etc.

Fantastic Stay!

We were in town for a family wedding and were thrilled with our experience. The home was beautiful with plenty of amenities and space for our family. The location couldn't have been better to walk to restaurants and shops in Downtown. Excellent communication with the owner. We all enjoyed the pinball machine as well. Great fun! Highly recommend!

Excellent for Family Soccer Weekend

Clean and spacious.

Check-in was a breeze, the space was clean and larger than the pictures make it out to be. The owner had given me all of the information that I needed and I didn't have to contact them for anything. It's also very close to town, and a stone throw from a brew house. Definitely would recommend.

Great House - Great Location - Great Hosts

This is a beautiful getaway house in a great location in the Town of Acworth, which is a true American town with great restaurants, shopping, walking, outdoor activities, etc. The house was very clean and a beautiful historic home with hosts who were incredibly communicative and took care of everything we needed. We were in town for our youngest son's baseball tournament and this house provided us with everything we ever needed. It was a great week and we would certainly recommend this house and host for anyone looking to have a very nice stay in a beautiful place. We will hopefully be back in town and get a chance to stay here again.

Great location and amenities

This house is a perfect location if traveling for sports. Close to Lakepoint Sports Complex and walkable to great restaurants. Lots of space to spread out, very clean, and a great coffee station. No need to buy any supplies, the house had everything we needed. Great communication and owner accommodated us with an early check in. Would recommend. You get used to the train quickly.

80th Birthday Celebration

House served us well and the location was terrific. However, the amount of train traffic was alarming and the fact that the tracks are directly adjacent to the house was a surprise. We had an issue with one of the beds breaking as soon as we arrived and the owner/manager was very accommodating and replaced it within a couple hours.

Baseball at Lake Point

It is a very lovely home. Very clean and organized. Close to Lake Point and other fields. Property manager was very responsive. We will definitely stay again. Down side, it was close to railroad tracks. But that did not bother my family after the 1st night.

Beautiful home

The house was just as pictured. Nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. The location is convenient to Acworth and surrounding areas. However, the house is next to the train tracks and there are numerous trains that come by at all hours. The first night there were 6 that came by between 11pm and 5am. Would not want to stay at this property for more than the 2 nights we were there.
