About this property

Four-Bedroom Country Paradise, with Pool, Hot Tub, & Great Views, Close to Town.

A terrific backyard, with gorgeous views, a heated pool, and a hot tub, awaits you here. Yet even though it seems that we're miles away from anything, we're less than 15 minutes from downtown Redding. Moreover, the house is very comfy, with four bedrooms (two currently serving as a large playroom and an office), and all the amenities you could want. We love it here and we're sure that you will too! PLEASE NOTE: We have a cat who doesn't get along well with small children -- BUT, if necessary, we can move her off-site; please let us know -- thanks!
