Home has beach equipment you can utilize. 8 miles from Daytona International Speedway and Daytona Beach International Airport, 1 hour and 10 minutes from Orlando International Airport, 1.5 hours from Disney , Sea World and Universal, 40 minutes from Cape Canaveral. 5 minute walk to park, grocery store, over 40 restaurants within 3 miles of home.
