We are happy to share our owned Capri beach house for your enjoyment. Located in a private beach community next to the Dorado Beach, it takes a short 250 step walk to arrive at a private beach. In addition to the comfortable living quarters, the house has a wonderful pool & terrace, a pickle-ball court and a gourmet kitchen. Capri is a special enclave for slow living, cooking, swimming , star gazing and nice walks. The house, and its beautiful surroundings, is perfect for family reunions and friends looking to get away.

We are an active couple who love to travel, cook, exercise and cater to our guests. We started hosting in May 2018 with an owned 3 bedroom property in Old San Juan - Morning Sun. We loved it so much we bought a beach house and now have a dream come true - Capri Beach House. We love this corner of paradise which we share with family and friends and guests. Our beach house is your beach house!! We look forward to welcoming you!

With 5 bedrooms & 4.5 baths it is super suitable for a good size family reunion or for a group of adult friends to have a get together vacation. The location is perfect. The beach & pickle-ball court make for lots of fun times. The most unique feature, and Capri's most outstanding attribute is the white sand, crystalline water & private beach a short walk away.
