We are happy to share our owned Capri beach house for your enjoyment. Located in a private beach community next to the Dorado Beach, it takes a short 250 step walk to arrive at a private beach. In addition to the comfortable living quarters, the house has a wonderful pool & terrace, a pickle-ball court and a gourmet kitchen. Capri is a special enclave for slow living, cooking, swimming , star gazing and nice walks. The house, and its beautiful surroundings, is perfect for family reunions and friends looking to get away.

We had an amazing stay at the Capri Beach House—truly even better than the photos. We traveled with 4 adults and 6 kids (ages 6–16), and the house was absolutely perfect for our group. It was beautifully designed, spotless, and had plenty of space for everyone to relax and gather.The outdoor setup was a highlight..the pool and pickleball court kept the kids entertained for hours, and the easy walk to the beach made it feel like our own private getaway. The kitchen was also great for cooking meals at home, which we loved.The hosts were wonderful!!! Very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location was ideal as well…peaceful and private, but still an easy drive to explore other parts of the island.We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it for families or groups!

Great Friends Vacation

This property was perfect for our group of 4 couples. We had a great time enjoying the outside entertainment space, big group dinners at the large dining table, early morning walks on the beach, and close proximity to San Juan.

Perfect Getaway!

The house was in a great location, just a short walk to a beautiful private beach! The house had a very nice pool perfect for little kids and had everything we needed for kids and adults to make our stay fabulous! The hosts were gracious and helpful and made delicious food for us upon our arrival. I would highly recommend this home.

Awesome property

Our group of nine friends had an amazing time at Capri guest house. Everything was immaculate, the rooms and grounds absolutely beautiful! David was a terrific host, helping us and advising us on things to do during our weeklong stay. I can’t recommend it more highly.

Property and location were perfect. Grandkids alternated between the pool and the beach. Played pickle ball almost every morning. Easy drive to SanJuan. A bit further to the rain forest but manageable.

Beautiful place for a getaway~

We had a family of 10 adults (ages 19-73). This was a perfect place to stay! We loved the pickle ball court, swimming pool, and large table that we could all sit at. Owner was fantastic. Highly recommend this place~

Great Property!

Our family of six (ranging from 8 to 78 years old) enjoyed our stay in November - the weather was lovely, and we played in the pool every day. The outdoor seating was perfect to relax, rain or shine. Overall a wonderful vacation in PR!

Great Place to Stay!

Amazing home with great amenities! We had all of our adult children and their partners with us on this stay. We had a great friends trip (four couples)-house is laid out extremely well, 1 minute walk to the beach (which was beautiful and felt like a private beach) and the pool and backyard were perfect. The absolute best vacation rental property I've ever stayed in. My siblings and nieces and I stayed here for a 50th birthday celebration and other family staying nearby joined us for a dinner and some swimming. David is a gracious and attentive host, and the house itself is magical. Every time we wondered aloud if the house had something, sure enough, it did. The community is so friendly and the beach is stunning. It was a pleasure being able to share this experience with loved ones and get to know this beautiful island.

The best birthday ever!

This property was perfect for my 40th birthday trip! The house is beautiful and clean, with all the amenities we needed. We loved having our own pool and basically private beach just a short walk away. David was a responsive host and available when needed. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home

The home was very clean and very well set up for our family of nine. Beach access is quick and easy and the beach is beautiful. The Pickleball court is fun and the pool is amazing. We spent a lot of time sitting around the pool and enjoying the water. But you must wear insect repellent!The only negative we could find is the lack of good nearby restaurants.

Thanks you for your nice review! I'm sad you did not discover good restaurants! There are various...some highlighted in my guide. When we met on Monday you mentioned you were going to one and I proposed an alternative. If I'd known you were interested in more I would have been more communicative. I'll take the blame here...I present a good guide and answers to questions but stop at making too many suggestions for fear of being perceived as intrusive! With regards to the bugs, yes...insect repellent is good to have but often not required. I always make this caveat especially when it's been rainy but this was not the case during your stay. Some of us, however, are sweeter for the skeeters than others... Thanks for the feedback and for taking such care of our home & you're welcome back any time!

Owners are communicative, helpful, professional, and extremely nice. Property itself fit the needs beautifully by offering enough bedrooms for our party of 10, a wonderful dining table for group meals, and all the amenities we needed. The swimming pool is absolutely lovely, not to mention the private pickle ball court to work up a sweat before a swim. And the nearby sandy beach is a few minutes walk with great snorkeling and swimming. Dynamite place with 5 star owners!

Our group of 6 adults had an excellent stay at Capri. Everything was clean and just as shown on the listing. The home had all the amenities we needed. We rented for a week and this property was outstanding. The owners/host met us at the house and walked us through the details which was awesome. The location is very nice and super clean and just a couple minute stroll to the beach with semi sheltered cove. They have a beach wagon for the chairs and easy up. Coolers provided as well! The outdoor living area is amazing from the pool to the private pickle ball court!This home has everything you need!!!!!! Highly recommend. Grocery stores and pharmacies nearby. Plus factor is that the owners are available to answer any questions and give recommendations....

Beautiful home with everything needed to relax and enjoy the pool, beach, and pickleball. We had 9 in our group and there was plenty of space for all. David & Norma Jean have thought of everything you might need and made our stay perfect! Hope to be back soon!

What’s not to love!

From booking to checkout David and Norma Jean make you feel like you’re visiting long time friends. The house is simply beautiful in every single detail, super clean, well equipped and comfy. Great internet connection, 3 minutes walk to the beach, beautiful patio… seriously, what’s not to love!

Truly amazing! We loved everything about this house. Capri was the perfect house for our family to gather for a celebration in Puerto Rico! The home was very clean and tidy. Amazing vacation

This property was awesome. Host David, was so attentive and gave great vacation tips to allow our travel group to make the most of our time in Puerto Rico. The house is very clean and has everything you will need. The pool was warm and very clean. The walk to the private beach is very short. We also ordered meals prepared by Norma Jean and they were excellent. We had a meal and beverages waiting for us upon our arrival. This was all arranged through David.

Family vacation

This house exceeded our expectations! We had plenty of space for everyone and the rooms were all just perfect for our family. The pool was outstanding and the responsiveness and engagement from David was exceptional! He made the process so easy, answered all of our questions and checked in on us to make sure things were going well. I was happy to meet him in person before we left. The location is perfect with restaurants, grocery and beaches in close proximity. I would definitely stay here again!
