Exceptionally clean room- Big Flat screen TV, new mini-fridge and microwave. 15mins from Huntington Beach and walking distance to Little Saigon (Phuoc Loc Tho Plaza). Close to shopping malls and freeways are just minutes away. 20 minutes drive to our 3 nearest beaches. Newport Beach, Laguna Beach and Huntington Beach.

Very clean room, very easy check in, wonderful stay. Just one small detail that needs to be attended to, which is the very top of the closet there was spider webs that needed to be knocked down, but other than that everything else was perfect!

Expected to stay in the building that was pictured, but that was not the case. Had to go through a small alley on the side of the house to get to the room. Advertised as a non-smoking room however you had to pass by an outdoor smoking area that had a container full of cigarette butts. My wife is allergic to cigarette smoke and got allergies. Every time she walked by.

This room was a lot smaller than expected and worn. There was something in the air that triggered my allergies so we had to move to a hotel. The owner communicated until I told her we had to move. She never responded. What was sad is we never expected our money back but we thought she might at least respond since she responded so quickly on all my messages. Won’t be back for obvious reasons.
